Maui turned to look at him and realized that he looked a little bit like Kazi "Maui Nikkou, Kazi's daughter," she said blatantly while looking back at the inscription.

"I have a sister....?" Ezru said staring at this girl, Maui with a completely mystified look upon his face "How and when did that happen....?"

Maui stared at him Sister?! "I-I'm adopted. Wait you said sister so you are....?"

Maui stared at him blankly for a second,
I didn't know Kazi had a son, I mean I knew there were kids but I never thought I'd meet any one of them.
"How what?" She looked down at the ground refusing to look him straight in the face, she didn't want to give the wrong impression.

Maui noticed him bowing and smiled "It's a pleasure to meet you too, but you do not need to be so formal with me. We are family after all right?" she looked back at the inscription, every time she looked at it, she heard Kazi's voice.

Out of nowhere a cardboard cut-out of Kazi sprang up and said 'Shut the hell up moron!' and then went back down, to await it's next victim.
"Sometimes I had to wonder about him..." Ezru said looking at the monolith and shaking his head "He certainly was insane..."

Maui jumped when the cardboard cut-out sprang out, "Honestly, I should've known..." she said shaking her head and laughing "Insanity is the world's comedy, didn't you know? I can say that our father was very entertaining and someone that one shouldn't take lightly."

"I know..." Ezru said as he thought "I have heard stories... He could consider everyone below him simply because he was that strong... He admired 3 people in life, and loved one... two of the people... are shinigami, one is my mother, and the other is the Kitsune Mage, Daven Moto. He admired Daven and Koumei Jan as the only two who could hold their own against him, and he loved my mother for being the only person in the world to make him do what he was supposed to." Ezru said as he thought "He would tell stories of Jan-han and Daven-han... I just wish that Tosho and I knew we had relatives."

"He was indeed very powerful and I looked up to him. He basically taught me everything I know until I started slacking and just left. But....you guys are lucky though, to have relatives I mean. I may be adopted but I still feel like a part of me is missing you know? At least you have that option to say you still have family members who are still alive." She put her hands behind her head and looked up "It's something you should be happy for even though he is gone. I actually see a lot of him in you. Except...you are waaay more polite than he was." she said laughing.

She grinned "It would be very interesting to watch that wild side come out" she as she thought about it. Her wild side wasn't as intense as Kazi's was and it probably wasn't as intense as her brother's so she wanted to see what it was like.

"I am talking about fighting... and I can change into a wolf alongside my Zanpaku-to who is also wolf." Ezru grinned as he allowed his teeth to elongate into a wolf's and his eyes began to flash yellow.

Maui grinned and sat down "Impressive, I haven't really learned everything about my zanpakuto, in fact I wanted to ask Kazi to help me with it but I guess that means that I will take more time for training."
