Then Arthur would have revealed the secret of Zero's helmet (he was the cat who had it on, right?)
What if Suzaku had never met Euphemia?Then he'll probably end up with kallen. What if Charles was gay?
Then V.V. would be like, the happiest psychopath brother alive in Code Geass. xd
What if Lulu was gay?
Then Rollo and some hardcore yaoi fangirls would have a frolicking joy-ride.
What if Cornelia wasn't a pilot?Then...she would always tag along with Euphie. What if Shirley didn't die and witnessed Lelouch's "death"?

What if Nunnally got her Nightmare of Nunnally Geass, but with the rest of the opening part of the story remaining the same?

What if Mao got a job at Domino's Pizza just to impress C.C.?

What if Lelouch told Suzaku that he loves him and he kissed him.then that picture with the switched genders in the pic contest would make slightly more sense... What if Shirley walked into the part of the library where Rolo and Viletta would spy on Lelouch, when she and "fakelelouch" kissed?
