blaugh my name is neon_skullz (cause i wont tell u my real name XP) but u can just call me Neon...or Neon-chan if u must X3. I'm not really sure what else to say other than im a bit of a spazz when i have sugar, and i just had two brownies and a bunch of cookies made mostly from brown sugar and butter. Mmm...mmm... sugar high. I really don't remember to come on this thing alot so try to PM me if ya say somethin to me...:3 lol oh yea this'll prolly be my pic and stuff.... i might change it tho to look more like me if i have the time....i don't like dresses..... o.O
