"Mostly in these canyons, though I do it on and off or so to speak. I like to explore the world a little more than mining," he said with a smile, "There's so much to see.. you know what I mean?"
While he had gone over a good portion of the continent, he had yet delved into the Jungles of Sleep much. But that region did intrigue him much, as it seemed to be shrouded in all sorts of mysteries.

"Ah, I know exactly what you mean" Yu-gin responded. "Though these dryer climes were never quite to my liking. I perfer to see alot more grenery, and theres usualy more food to be discovered there as well".
It was always good to be able to travel with company, and He was glad he was able to find someone so like minded as him.

At the mention off food, Yuun's belly gave a little rumble, which was soon followed by another whine of sorts. While they were moving, she was looking around to see if there was anything she could nibble on, but as far as she could see there was nothing.
"Yeah there definitely is, which reminds me... Yuun and I could use a little bit of food ourselves.."
Before much longer, he stopped and glanced at the rocky wall they had been traveling alongside. There, in the stones, were bits of color peeking out from their brown surroundings.
"here it is."

Yu-gin Looked excited to be in such a place as this. He walked up to the walls, and started to scratch at the dirt in order to disloge them. Using his keen eye sight, and a little bit of earth magic, he was able to get most of the "coloured" bits.
This process took around 10 minutes, and when he was finished he placed his findings inside a bag that was concealed against his hide before, being of a brown colour.
"I thank you very much for showing me such a wonderful place" he told Kaen. "But now, I believe I should repay the favour. You seem to be hungry, and I had previously found a area that had some fresh grass and water. Perhaps you can I can lead you to this place?"

Both Kaen and Yuun stood by, watching the other Chi'lin work at the bits of mineral within the earthen walls. Once he was done, he nodded at what was said.
"That would be nice.. and you are very welcome." he said with a smile.
<> said Yuun while trotting happily around Kaen.

Yu-gin couldn't help but smile. It was nice to know there was somewhat he could repay them, and it was always good to see something like yunn be happy as well.
Leading the way, Yu-gin walked up the graveled rocks and towards the bridge they crosses before, but instead he walked on past it. He figued he knew a quicker way.

As Yu-Gin began to walk off, Kaen and Yuun both began to follow. The latter had a bounce in her step, as she was quite excited about being able to eat. She was bleating happily while trailing behind the two Chi'lin painters. Though, in her excitement, her hooves slipped on the gravel, causing her to slide back, tumbling a bit.
"Yuun!"
Hearing her fall, he quickly turned around to make sure she was alright. The unicorn had slipped back a ways, and he couldn't quite tell if she was hurt or not at the moment.

A gasp, and Yu-gin double back to were the other two were. He didn't want anyone to get hurt, and he wasn't very adapt at healing spells either. "Is she alright?" he asked Kaen,

"I'm not sure yet..."
Nudging the unicorn lightly, Kaen checked to see if there were any obvious injuries. As far as he could tell there were none. But to his relief, Yuun soon stood up on her own, though she seemed pretty shaky.
"Are you alright?"
The young unicorn nodded but quivered. It seemed that she was unharmed, but was now quite frightened of what had just happened. Slowly, she whimpered and stepped closer to Kaen.
"Shhh... it's ok. Let's go get food now," he said before turning back towards Yu-Gin and nodding.

He felt relieved that the little unicorn was safe, but felt bad at how scared she had seem. However there was not much he could do, expect lead them towards the source of food/shelter he had found.
He kept a slow and steady pace, following the canyon line like he had done before. And after some time he looked forward and spided what he had seen before; A small oasis a little distance from the canyon. It was proably sustained by a underground spring which came from the rivers that ran through here.
"here we are" He said.

Once Yuun had calmed down some, Kaen managed to coax her into moving once more so that they could go eat as well as relax for some time. They followed their guide slowly but surely. And before much longer, they could see the little oasis.
When they arrived, Kaen smiled and nodded to Yu-Gin.
"Thank you, my friend. Yuun and I probably would have wandered around for another hour or so before we found any sort of food on our own."
As he spoke, the young unicorn had bolted into the grassy area, and promptly began to munch on the greens available.
"Do you live far from here by the way?" he asked while moving to eat a few things himself.

Making himself comfortable on the soft grass, Yu-gun shook his head in response. "I have actually traveled a long ways from my original home..." He paused to think, and then just smiled again. "Come to think of it, I can't remember the exact location of my original home. I've moved around to much, you see."

Kaen tilted his head slightly at what was said, but he could relate for the most part.
"I know what you mean. I've traveled around this continent so much, it's a little hard to figure out where exactly is home" he said with a light chuckle.
After saying this, he began to nibble away at a few of the edible greens available. They seemed to taste exceptionally sweet, though that may have just been a result of his hunger.
