"Wait!" Ryou quickly scrambled to his feet. "What if another person falls out of the TV?" He, personally, hoped it was Yugi. His spiky-haired friend always seemed to know what to do in emergencies. He heard a hiss of distaste from his yami. The girl had left the room and Ryou felt rather foolish, standing there. He went to the door, peeking cautiously out to see if he should follow her or not.

Ryou moved quickly, awkwardly, to catch up with the girl. "Are you the only person in this place?" He asked, realizing that she had been the only person he saw. He had also noticed quickly that this was a very big house. "Are your parents here?"

Ryou nodded and fell silent. He was used to being silent. Usually his other friends were the ones who shouted and complained and panicked. He was glad to let them do that. He couldn't understand how Joey managed to get as far as he did with that small mind of his.

Entering the kicthen rei opened a cabnit door and looked over a fewbottles.

If it were possible, Ryou paled. "...anime characters?" He asked, looking very surprised. "I'm not a... I'm a normal person!"

Ryou jumped as the girl began to shout. "Would you rather it if I freak out?" He asked timidly. “Unless either of us knows what’s going on, as far as I can tell, I’m somewhat stuck here. I just want to get back to my town.” Portals he could deal with, in a way. So there was a portal in the television. It didn't mean he was a character in a show.

"Maybe we could turn the, um, television back on." Ryou offered. "There can't be any harm in it." He was starting to seriously doubt that he had really fallen out of it. He couldn't explain how he had gotten to Hawaii, though. This seemed to be more like some elaborate joke. Joey and Tristan seemed like they might do it. But how could they have thought something like this up? Yugi would be able to think of it, but he was too softhearted to actually pull it off. For now he would just play along.
