Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars
best RPG ever!!!!!
It was on the SNES but i believe you can get it on the wii now. see it in a store, definitely worth buying. it's 3-D and is turn battles. you can have 3 players out at a time and choose between Mario, Mallow, Geno, Bowser, and, Princess Toadstool. Really fun game which I will definitely buy for the wii.

I like Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, Rogue Galaxy and Sky of Arcadia. All three are pretty tough and I really enjoy the story in each one.

*blinks* I guess I'll be the brave one to stand up and say...'I enjoy my Western RPGs.' Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls, Fable (ugh....nevermind on that one), Fallout...

I REALLY like Xenosaga episode 1, thought I haven't really finished or gotten for into the game but it is really exciting and the plot is good.

Love those 2 games. XD
I thought FF VIII wasn't that good, I was disappointed, in fact. And FF XI? Blergh. >,< FF IX's not that bad, FF X is okay, I like FF IV, and FF VI is a bit boring.
Has anyone ever played the 'real' FF I? It was like... HELL! Really hard!

I only own 2 rpg games and they're kingdom hearts 1 and 2. I need to go buy myself some games. Any ideas?
(I will not buy final fantasy, I'm not into that kind of battling style)

If you have a DS there is a different style of fighting in the final fantasy theme, try Final Fantasy Advance Tactics 2:Grimoire of the Rift.

I really like Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. The plot, while predictable at times, provides a good Sonic experience, and the touch-based gameplay is both easy and fun.
To tell the truth, it's the only game I have that can really be defined as an rpg...

MasterDisaster If you have a DS there is a different style of fighting in the final fantasy theme, try Final Fantasy Advance Tactics 2:Grimoire of the Rift. Yes! This is indeed a great game, before I sold it I had nearl 200+ hours and still not 100% finished with it. The game play is fun and addicting, graphics are acceptable, and the story is unforgetable. Until I play fire emblem for the ds this game number 1 rpg for DS in my oppinion

this topic is good i like games too.. like final fantasy series.. or mario now that classic game when i was a kid i play mario bro on a gameboy that is not colored.. I was very happy that I once a kid..I have many rpg games i like but it's so many I will take a whole day to write it here.. old school is the best..

The Final Fantasy series is awesome, but The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is my favorite RPG so far. 3nodding You get to create your own character and choose their appearance and everything. It's excellent. I highly recommend it for any RPG fan who has a PC, PS3, or XBOX 360. blaugh
