((i figured we'd just pop our characters down in front of the temple, have a brief conversation for the newbies to introduce themselves, then go on inside =3))
((sure sure, just arriving is fine, we should just wait for the rest to join though... or at least that would make sense. we should try inviting people.))

Koontz lugged himself across the with a final attempt before sitting with his back against the wall in the shade of the the temple. crossing the desert the second time was not much easier than it was the first time. at lest i didn't pass out this time. "ill get the door in a sec." he said between gulps of air. i am really going to kill Kray when i get in there!

Tavii gasped for air. All she could think about was water and getting there--where ever "there" was, which she was thoroughly curious about, considering "there" was in the middle of the desert.
After about a week after traveling, their boat ran out of "gas" while they were in the middle of a forest. They had to leave it and walk the rest of the way, behind Koontz, who was now almost too far away to see. It was obvious he'd been here before, but Tavii didn't really care about--all she wanted was to make it to where everhe was taking them. Anything was better than this hell-hole of a desert.
So long as it had water. Lots and lots of water.

Koontz sat in the shade of the wall waiting for the others to catch up with him. all throughout the trip, he had felt the same feeling of someone watching him. ever since they got into the desert, his sences had not be as sharp but the feeling was still there. maybe i should check one more time. he consentrated with all his might ignoring his bodies plead for water. he sent small waves through the ground and waited. the only one that came back where those from the group and no one else. he eased up again. when everone got to him, he would open the giant gates to his left.

Cain trudged just ahead of Tavii, the heat wasn't bothering him too badly... it was more the length of there walk while carrying three massive weapons on his back... He was starting to get tired, but they had to keep going if they were going to keep Koontz in there sights. He seemed to be slowing down... and Cain couldn't help but wonder if it was fatigue, or they were finally nearing there destination... whatever temple it was supposed to be.

he watched them as they came closer. pushing himself up this his pike and useing the wall as support he yelled as best he could. "come on! we're here! ill open the doors when you guys get here!" with that, he slid back down the wall. he could no longer support himself for very long.

Tavii pushed herself to catch upto Cain. ~I don't wanna be left behind!~, she told herself. Not too far now. She could clearly see Koontz and the wall now, as well as the blurry image of Molly, who floated just above him.
Molly watched, impressed, when Koontz tried to locate her. Considering the conditions, this one was showing strength. But, still--she could not remember who he reminded her off.

man, i wish they would hurry up. i want water! he thought to himeslf. he took a deep breath the steady him body and calm his muscles. he then pushed himself back up and set himself in front of the giant gates.

Cain smiled and waved weakly as they made there way up to the gates to meet Koontz. "Long time no see." he yells up to him as he looks back, noticing Tavii was struggling, and takes her hand to help her on the last bit of the way.

Tavii couldn't have been more greatful. " We're here!", she shouted, falling on her belly in front of the gate. " Time for a nap..."
