ooh come on , how much can a tape carry ?
i mean 3 hrs , even the most cheapest of the MP3s has 1GB if it , more than enough to carry a world of music , music that u can choose
and when u want to skip a tape u have to press the button try to guess if that song is already over

The point, Mega, is that magnetic media degrades over time, so those cassettes with their already shitty audio quality will just get shittier. razz Not to mention that you can get CDs for just as cheap if you know where to look...

I have a copy of Testament's "The Legacy" on cassette, and it sounds great! They don't degrade if you don't play them daily.

Warrior of Metal I have a copy of Testament's "The Legacy" on cassette, and it sounds great! They don't degrade if you don't play them daily. well if you keep them in the wrong climate - too humid, etc - they will degrade, but for the most part that is true.

Digital Malevolence From my own personal listening experience it goes like this: Best quality in sound: Vinyl CD's straight Mp3 Cassette 8-Track 3nodding Edit: Oh and Mega, Nosferatu heart personally, i find a new cd and a new tape to be about equal in quality. of course, the tape gradually degrades...but my cds tend to get scratched up, so i guess its all the same in the end. and thanks dude

All I have are really old tape players, perhaps if I bought a new one...
