Dmitrria felt flustered. She hadn't told anyone about Oz yet. Not even Sirius. Who, she confined everything in. He was her pet after all.
"Well, he said he wanted to be there for me."
Dmitrria grinned softly, remembering him.
"He was so kind, and he is very handsome."
Dmitrria smiled, and watched as the mare walked, wondering what had made this beautiful mare so sad.

Esperanza smiled, giving a nod.
"Oh yes honey..He sounds interested indeed.. Do you like him?"
She asked, looking at the mare.
Then she blushed before shaking her head.
"Oh do excuse a poor mare for rambling and asking such personal questions..Ive been in a bit of a rut lately..You see..I left my mate of years.. To find myself again. And now here I am, with no idea how to do it."
She said with a small smile.
Hoping that confiding in her would let Dmittria be okay with confiding as well.

"Do I like him?"
Dmitrria had thought about it, but not too deeply.
"Well, yes, I think I do."
She smiled.
"Very much so."
"Oh, that's horribly sad. I'm sorry to bring this up!"
Dmitrria gently nudged her, to comfort her.
"I think what you need.... is friends."
Dmitrria caught Esperanza's attention and looked into her eyes.
"And I'd like to be one of your friends."

Esper smiled.
"Then it looks like you guys are a shoe in..And congratulations on finding the one that is what you want."
She said with another smile.
"Many have a hard time with that..I waslucky to have a stallion who loved me more than anything..And Im glad he understands my need to be free and return to my old wandering ways."
She shook her head, guiving the mare a nudge.
"You didnt bring it up, my dear. I wanted to discuss you with you."
She said laughing at how that sounded.
But the gentle nudge silenced the mare, and she smiled gently, thankful for the kindness that Dmittria was giving her.
"I could use a friend right about now."
She replied in return.
She looked back into Dmittria's eyes, letting her see her thankfulness.

Dmitrria just laughed softly in response. Oz was a nice shoe in at that.
"That's good... I hope you find what you are looking for."
Dmitrria smiled again and nudged the mare back. She liked helping others.
"Well, good then. Friends?"
Dmitrria watched the mare's graceful movements and smiled, age had not touched her a bit.

Though terribly sad, the mare no longer felt lonely.. She felt at peace, and cared for, despite the pain and turmoil inside her.
But, slowly, the mare was letting go of her sadness. With each kind word, Esperanza was able to really think about what had happened between her and Tai, and with a soft smile, she shook her head.
"Just make sure youre happy.. You dont wanna be an old mare like me, finding she needed more in life."
SHe said with a smile.
No, Esperanza wasnt old..Not relatively..Though to Dmittria she was probably ancient.

Dmitrria smiled as she picked up her pace, they were nearing the little 'secret little place'. Excitement filled her, she didn't get to come here often, because her pet Sirius hated coming here.
"You aren't old, you can't be more then seven summers old!"
Dmitrria glowed with happiness as the mare opened up, and began to glow herself.
The forest that covered her 'secret place' she grinned wider and lifted her legs higher.
"I don't think I've been this excited since I was a filly."
Dmitrria wouldn't admit it, but she hadn't had a female friend since she was a filly.

Esper smiled as the mare guessed her age rather spot on. She wondered if she looked seven.. Though..Seven was still young..Or at least she had to keep telling herself that.
"I dont quite remember being a filly."
She said smiling.
"But Im sure this was the feeling."
She looked over the forested area, and smiled at its beauty.
She always loved the forest, but upon mating and having foals,she hadnt been in the forest in ages..
She had become tame..Or at least, tame to Soquili.

"It's been some time since I was a filly. It went by so fast...."
Those were not the good old days for Dmitrria.
"Well, your happiness brings me happiness."
Dmitrria grinned again, and slowed as they entered the forest, a rush of water and mist spreading their way.
"My secret little place is one of the few water falls. This one is odd, because the water comes from underground."
Dmitrria smiled. This is where she saved Sirius. That stupid skinwalker. She laughed softly.

Esperanza smiled, and awed at the water that misted around her face.
It cooled her off, even in the already cool time of fall. But she closed her eyes, enjoying the feeling on her cheeks, and smiled as she looked at the where teh water was falling down from the falls.
Her eyes widened, and she stared in shock at the creature who was lowering her muzzle, to touch the water with her nose. She was knee deep in the waters, and she was soaked, her mane plastered to her neck, and her tail dangling and dripping as the tip of the curls danced in teh water.
"Marahute?"
The mares belly bulged much more than normal, and she had begun to feel the effects of pregnancy. It was making herself heavy, and her backhurt..And were her ankles swelling?
So she had decided to stop at the luxurious waters of which she had thought was little known and off the beaten trail.
Though apparently, when teh voices started echoing, she knew better.
She looked up, her golden mane wet and clinging to her, while her pelt looked drenched and glittery.
"Mom?"
The little blue peacock wolf darted in, using his nose to propel him towards the palomino mare who had just taken off without exactly telling him. And here he was trying to do her a favor and find shelter..Which was turning out to be harder than he had first assumed.
But his anger with Esperanza quickly turned to him stopping dead in his tracks, eyes wide, nose twitching.
"Esperanza..."
He said, looking from the brown mare to his Esper.
"Who is she?"
He hadnt even realized that Marahute now held Esperanzas attention.

Dmitrria grinned softly, the mare grew a shade brighter. It was marvelous to see her gradually become happier.
That's when they both recognized the pregnant mare across the water. Well Dmitrria could see the reflection of the water, and that her stomach was swollen, and her back was awfully arched.
She just watched as all of this suddenly was thrown at her.
And then a small blue wolf darted it, and Dmitrria laughed. Wolves made her laugh.
"I am Dmitrria."
Dmitrria bowed her head lightly.

Esperanza, feeling guilty for not introducing the two mares, looked between Dmittria and Marahute with a pleasant grin.
"Dmittria, this is my daughter Marahute."
Then she added after another once over.
"Who looks to be pregnant, if Im not mistaken."
She said, cocking her head, and looking at Marahute with a beaming smile.
Either that, or her daughter had put on alooot of weight since the last time they met.
Then she looked to Flit.
"Im sorry Flit. I got distracted..Which..hasnt really changed."
She said looking back up at the two mares and smiling.
Marahute smiled at her mother, though oddly surprised at her being here. She started to leave the water, walkingonto the bank with her hooves sinking in the little sand that was around the waterfall.
She walked to her mother, giving her anuzzle, and nodding her head to Dmittria in greeting.
"Its a pleasure to meet you. But Im afraid you already know my name so introductions have been made already."
She said with anod.
Then she looked towards her mother.
"Talk about surprises..Ive been looking for you..With the news that you are going to be a grandmother."
Well the surprise had been ruined.
"So..Surprise!"
Flit was naturally protective of Esperanza..After her heartbreaking ordeal, he only respected her more..And he vowed to be the only man in her life from now on..Because wolves could not make children..and she was running from the simple life.
He was her guy, because he loved her.
"Dmittria."
He said nodding his head.
"I like it..Im Flit."
He flicked his tail, wishinghe didnt like her as he didnt really like anyone.
