freelance lover SavageDamsal It's obviously Santa. He's all about salvation by works and if you're not good enough, he punishes you. That's the opposite of God who is salvation by FAITH and he doesn't punish you, it is the consequences of your own actions that is your "punishment". I think it's horrible that so many parents are teaching their children to believe in Santa. Then they grow up and realize their parents have been lying to them and then, even worse, they start thinking that God is like Santa. It's disgusting. P.S. - I'm intensely amused by your siggy, Spartan. My family has some HILARIOUS Mona Vie stories... Santa and Satan even have the same letters in it! Coinicidence? I think not.I'm pretty sure she's joking guys. o_oRight and Satan is sometimes spelt Satin. So that must mean that Satin is evil and could be the anti-Christ. -rolls eyes-

No, no, no. We all know who the anti-Christ REALLY is. It's Bill O'Reighly.

If you behave yourself then you get presents. It's called Classical Conditioning. In other words it's simple psychology. If you behave you get a positive reward (positive adding on). If you misbehave you get a negative punishment. ex getting coal. (negative-taking away the behavoir) The coal would actually be positive punishment, because it's adding something unpleasant. The negative and positive have to do with whether or not something is added or taken away, and the punishment or reinforcement has to do with whether that thing is pleasant or unpleasant. 3nodding

CrystalMind Now, I don't actually have my Bible next to me because I'm at work, but my opinion is this: We should spend our time on this earth living in a way that pleases God, in accordance to the principles of Christ Jesus our Lord. If someone is preaching a way that is not in accordance with those principles, then we shouldn't follow them. Our time is wasted looking for the anti-christ. After all, what would we do if we 'found out' who it was? The End will come regardless of if we know who the guy/girl is.

Who's the Antichrist? I can't say. Many have been saying over the years possible "candidates" of the Antichrist, but I believe we won't know for sure until the Tribulation comes.

There are a few times where I do think about this. I really do. My pastor is talking about how the end may be coming before we know it. He's still reaching out for others, and he talks about how we should be doing that also, especially now. So I have thought about it, when I am alone, but I dont have any canidates because how are we to know until its there, then what do we do?
