He smiled, relieved and amused at the nickname "Ah thats good. And yes... I can control the element of time... though sometimes it lashes out when I don't mean too. Usually only when there's danger.."

"Ummm well just a few days ago a Vampire was chasing another pony and ran right over towards me. I got startled and.. trapped her in a time bubble where time was stopped. She's out now. That happens rarely though.."

Darkfang frowned. "How encouraging..." She didn't like the sound of that time bubble...who knew what sort of havoc temporal anomalies could wrack on her systems.

He glanced at her "The time bubble won't hurt you.. its sort of like being in stasis. I kept the Vampire frozen. But I can cut off a section and freeze time around myself but still move about the area freely, while outside it moves as normal.."

"How do you know that?" Darkfang demanded. "I'm not exactly your average pony," she said rapping a hoof against her shoulder to produce a metallic clanking sound. "I run on programs that are time sensitive. I end up in one of those temporal stasis bubbles and I could crash when I come out. No thank you..."

He tilted his head thoughtfully "Hmm well I don't want to crash your systems... maybe a time bubble.. yet around you I keep a thin layer of real time (like skin) which will keep your processes going as usual yet you could still experience the bubble... if needed of course..." Not reacting at all to the fact she was metal.

He beamed "Oh riddles ARE fun. You mean the time gates though.. yes? They're well.. I suppose you could liken them to portals to other time periods. Its quite fun to see how things were or how they could be.. because of course the future is always changing with every decision.."
