I'm not any expert on lolita, but I can't really see the inspiration from lolita in the dresses, especially for the first. Maybe if the design was a little less.. retro(?) I'll see it. The print is fairly cute and I've seen a similar dress using the same concept, but in a better design. For the second, Victorian inspiration maybe, but it still doesn't seem very loli to me. It might be pretty if a better material was used, though, and if I liked that shade of green, which I don't.

I like the cupcake dresses in the first link and in my opinion, they are lolita dresses. Maybe a bit unadorned, but the print is decorative anyway. Just put a poofy petticoat underneath and wear a nice blouse plus knee high socks and matching accessories.
I can see it working quite nicely. And it is super cute biggrin
