[ It could be an accident... =3 ]

Doro ran, full speed, wings aiding him slightly. They were almost at the top, and Kratos was ahead of him by barely a hairlength. The moon stopped at the summit- TOO suddenly- and Doro crashed into him at full speed, sending the two tumbling further. They rolled to the edge of the speed slides and roughly zoomed down. With a huge splash, they plunged into the pool at the bottom. Doro resurfaced at about the same time as Kratos.
"That... was.... SO COOL!!" He cheered, splashing around wildly, "WHOO!!"

"Oh, you think so!" Rithey called to him jubilantly, and ran over. She shook her wings violently and water came flying out at all directions, soaking the young Spirit Fox even more. The young butterfly then darted away, speeding down one of the conveniently located smaller slides.

Falina hopped up on the edge of the pool, flinging her hair back from her face. She noticed the lean, male sitting at the edge, looking sullen and grumpy and called out,
"Aw, c'mon Avenger!" with a little giggle she added, "Cripes, don't you ever enjoy yourself? We're on vacation for Pete's sake!" She was tempted to fling a handful of water at him, but decided not to anger him any further than she already possibly had.

Avenger pulled off his mask and soaked scarf, his face filled with annoyance. "you should be careful where you run..." he muttered angrily before going off to the changing rooms to change into some dry clothes. He had placed his scarf and mask on his seat though, forgetting to bring them with him.

Kratos nodded and tackled Doro in response. he pulled him to the bottom of the pool, meaning to see who could hold their breath longer.

Venix laughed and dove after Rithey, only to get stuck in the entrance to the slide. and as the ground was wet, he couldn't free himself.

Falina's face constricted with laughter. She put both hands on her mouth, and, quivering, attempted in vain to restrain herself. She just couldn't help it! The sight of Avenger- proud, always calm Avenger- wet and disheveled, mask dripping with chlorinated water, had just killed her. As soon as she was sure he was out of earshot, she burst out laughing.
"Ahaha! It's HIS fault for not swimming!" She roared, keeling over in the water. Which reminded her.... She climbed the ladder out of the water and walked over to the changing room doors. The orange-haired woman called out, "Hey, why don't 'cha just change into a swimwear? You won't have to worry about any more surprise soakings!" She was convinced that Avenger was going to enjoy himself. If he didn't do it himself, she'd FORCE him. "Mr. Gloom-and-Doom" wasn't going to get her down THIS time!

Doro gasped as Kratos began to tug on his leg.
"Kratos, what are you-" he started frantically, but the breath caught in his mouth and he was submerged. He knew not to scream- it'd just waste precious air! The moon puppy released his leg at the bottom and signaled something to him.
Oh!, Doro thought, relieved, Just a breathing contest! And one that he was NOT going to lose, at that.

Rithey giggled more as Venix struggled, then began attempting to climb up the rubbery structure. After a few moments of intense laughter from both pets and Rithey slipping over and over, she managed to grab his paw right before she slid again, pulling him out and sending them both flying a short distance into the water again. Rithey cannoballed backwards and into a giant rubbery shell slide. Her laughter blared out and she ran off towards another area of the pool.

"foo!" Falina sighed as he stepped out, "but at least those are more casual!" She walked towards their table, and, noticing the materials of his clothes, clapped her hands. She grabbed his hand and pulled him towards the water.
"I see you DID decide to come swimming!", she said cheerily, and, before he could protest, dove in, immediately unbalancing him and he fell in once more- though, at least this time he was in the proper garb!
Falina continued to swim downward and used her hands to neatly bounce back up. Hair wet and dripping, she splashed to the surface and said to Avenger, "See? I told you it was fun!"

Doro stood his ground, making sure he showed no signs of weariness. The blue bat occasionally released some air, but knew that he was at a disadvantage. Light streamed down on the two, locked in some weird kind of combat.

Rithey let out a shriek as Venix landed on her, then wrestled him off and ran towards the pool where her owner was, belting out a sort of bubbly, sweet-sounding song.

Falina cheered triumphantly and did a somersault in the deep water.
"Finally!" She sang out, slim body moving in a way comparable to that of a fish. Laughing, the orange-haired woman dove under again and this time sat on the bottom, signaling for Avenger to follow.

Rithey stopped at the edge of the pool, and Venix stopped beside her. She giggled and jumped in, sinking to the bottom gracefully and backwinging to help her stay where she was.
Water is so fun!!, she thought to herself, peering up at Venix's shape, only vaguely recognizable on the edge of the pool.

Doro grinned even more. He had this contest in the bag. Still, he wasn't sure how long he could keep up with this. But then, he thought, Kratos is sure to be coming up any moment...


[we have two very stubborn pets, Avenger.... ._. ]

The orange haired woman resurfaced quickly, and, with a sigh, paddled up to the edge and pulled him in again.
"Oh, you can't get out of it THAT easily," She mock-scolded, then kicked off the ledge, dragging the pale man with her, "you know you can't go through your WHOLE life with such a grim outlook! You'll die a withered old prune if you keep it up!" She chuckled, still towing him out.
"Why don't we hit some waterslides?"

Doro's smile started to weaken, but Kratos's was, too, so he held on. Bubbles rose from his mouth, and he gritted his teeth HARD, doing everything in his own power to keep under.

"They've been down there for an awfully long time...."

Rithey made a soundless sqeal that took the form of thousands of assorted size bubbles thundering up from her mouth. She darted out of Venix's path and winged up, inhaling quickly and going back under. The small orange butterfly pointed at Avenger and Falina and smiled at the young Spirit Fox. She pressed her hands on the bottom of the chilly pool and did a slow-motion handspring that turned into a somersault as her back floated up rather than springing down. She giggled, releasing even more bubbles, and the two briefly resurfaced.

She approached the edge of the main pool and got out. Avenger followed, still looking bored and blank. Falina nudged him with her elbow lightly and suggested, "Let's hit some waterslides, Avenger! Wanna go on a double-tube?"


Rithey grinned, highly amused at both her owner and Venix. She kicked her legs the few lengths to Venix and told him, "We're goin' on the BIG waterslides! She dove under again in a dolphin-like loop and tugged lightly, playfully on his leg.



Doro's expression had morphed quickly from a smug grin into a grim, determined look. He couldn't go for much longer. The bat let out a long stream of bubbles and [I have to get off now- I'll continue later. Stupid library time limits.... I just wanna post this before it kicks me off automatically! be back in a bit... well, more like a half hour or so... You can still reply to this one, but just know I won't be replying until after 5. You'll still be online then, RIGHT? D= ]
