Tidus: in all the pictures I've seen of Dante, he's never sad or frowning. I'd switch the mouth either to the straight one or a small curving smlie. Actually, there is no smile that would work well I think. and the new sword, on silent night, might look better.
Kairi: hehe, you're going to use the LOL cat halo? I'd skip that if I were you. the rest looks great though1
