Brisote let the merkit get away, just so long as it left he was fine, he nudged it towards the opening with his forefoot, "come now, time to go" he leaned down towards the kit to whisper in its ear "we can have you making her more sick now can we? We must do all we can to help her get better, so move along. When she is all better you can see her again alright?" he stood back up with a reassuring smile and started to nudge the kit outside once more

Nenda tilted her head, watching Brisote. "ye know perfectleh well eye be fine" she said in a casual tone. Getting heated up and emotional wouldnt do. Not that she's ever been emotional. Ever. She stretched, shaking her stiff muscles out. "Yeh know, eye can get out of dis. We've dah same parents. Ye dont trap a child of dah sea in dah sea" she said casually. It was common sense. If you wanted to trap her, try somewhere where there wasnt any water.

He looked up at his sister with a smug look on his face "well you'd best find a way around those bars that wont bring this whole place down around our heads because going through them isn't an option... aside from the fact that they were well built and have withstood the force of the ocean for who knows how long, I've also added a few extra insurance policies" he squared his shoulders looking quite proud of himself. He felt like a cat playing with a mouse "Now sister why don't you let me help you hmm? You know just as well as I that it is the son that is the heir to the father and the daughter who is heir to the mother.... for that matter you could be the heir to Raistlin for all I care, just so long as you acknowledge that the only one suited to be captain of the Flying Duchess after dear old dad" His light hearted tone disappeared and his face became very dark and serious "is me. I'll not have a woman upstart try to take that from me, I shall be the terror of the seas dear sister" just as quickly as it had left the light hearted look returned to his face "Now then, why don't we go over some fun womanly duties you could preform? You don't have to think of this as losing anything.. you're just saving yourself the heart ache and gaining something else in return" he smiled warmly "really sister I'm just looking out for you, I don't want to see your dreams dashed against the rocks" his tone was so warm and reassuring it sounded odd coming from him

Nenda tilted her head to the side, and then shook it. It was difficult to reason with a disillusioned individual. They had such conviction and belief in what they said, they would not see any other logic, or options.
"Eet will beh many lifetimes before fadah dies. And e's unlikely to just hand it ovah and retire." she gave a shrug of her shoulders, her corset shifting and billowing in an unseen wind "Ey've no desire, tah take ovah dah Flying Dutchman, even if someting were to 'appen to fadah" It was honest, she didnt want to captain the ship. If something were to happen, and she were charged with it, she would do it well. But so long as she had a choice, she would chose freedom. Freedom to explore the world, and learn new magic, new culture. She wanted to learn the world, before being condemned to a ship for years on end.
Nenda, hid her anger, at his comment about fun womanly duties. She was raised men and woman were equal, clearly Brisote was raised otherwise. She hoped her sisters had fared better then he. She stood, her tails swaying. She closed her eyes lightly, and chanted softly under her breath, she reached into a pouch concealed beneath her corset, and sprinkled a light powder over her body, as she chanted softly, her body began to shimmer slightly. She opened her eyes, and stepped forwords, she'd become transparent, a ghost. It was a temporary spell, but one Raistlin felt she needed to learn, being the daughter of Davey Jones, and Calypso. "Live ye're life brodah, start a ship of ye're own. Do not be worried of deh affairs eye interest in. Raistlin 'as trained meh well. Eye can take care of meself" she said with a light nod. Bars could not hold a ghost, she hovered over the ground. Her tails seemed to fade into the air.

"You think I'm so daft as to think you would not try to claim my title no matter the ship you or I sailed?" His anger was coming to the surface but upon seeing her attempt to escape he smiled, the bars glowed faintly and vibrated with a low resonance as she approached them "You think magic will get you out of there sister? Even ghosts have their limits against magic... in fact I'd wager to say they're governed by them all the more" he smirked proud of himself, he had been plotting this for a while and had quite a few safety measures in place."keep trying though sister, I know full well you can take care of your physical safety, remember raist taught me a thing or two as well... but really dear sister, won't you ever want to be loved by a man? What man could ever love you when you behave so poorly?" he shook his head with a sad disappointment in her "I only want to help you dear sister" a wicked smile spread across his face, he was really starting to enjoy himself
