We need more contests. Its a widely accepted fact already. People are lazy to invite their friends to the guild [sadness] xD, so we'll just have to pull all the strings to get them to like it SO much that they just HAVE to invite all their friends!!
Mhmmmm... I just had a queerly interesting idea. We could have writing contests. Like mini contests where you have write a certain scenario. Like, waiting at a stop sign. Unlimited creativity, like whether you're walking or you're in a bus or a car or a motorcycle, etc. And since we're all literate, here creativity can go to its limits and we can give a prize to the most creative entry and so on.
We could have theme based contests too. Like for Halloween (sp?) we could have a special contest on like, who can draw the creepiest jack-o-lantern using ONLY MS Paint... <3
Other stuff like the most creative original RP plot could win stuff. Or most active non-mod-member, or we could even use reverse psychology and give member titles like: least-active member, most-unoriginal and embarrass people into pulling their acts together... xD

We need more pizaaaz! >.< Sakiii just likes that word. Say it ten times fast. Pizzaazz!! *snaps a picture* What I mean is, we need stuff that makes us unique, maybe a thread about talking about ourselves? A random thread like 'guess the RPing Gems member' and interactive stuff that'll keep members out of the Forums Chatterbox for the most part and keep them checking here for replies. XP
At the same time, we need more pizaaz over at the forums, too. Like, I got invited here, but who actually FOUND this place searching through the guilds? Theres a million gazillion threads on 'OMG I can't find any good Literate Rps' and 'I'm literate wanna one-on-one' and 'OMG Gaia Forums have no Literacy' rants that we can stalk out and drag over here. We could assign like 'RPing Gems Detectives' or something, a group of volunteers (like the co-GM volunteers) that can search up these kinds of threads, check out the person and invite them to bring their oh-so-great-literacy here.
Annnddd....My train of thought is spiraling out of control! Too many ideas!! XD MmmmmMmmm...Maybe if we gave certain privileges based on active-ness... Like if you're successfully holding out three rps at one time that are active, you're allowed to access something in particular? Or maybe like if you're an active part of three rps (random numbers) then you're privileged to make your own rp? Stuff like that?
Now I shall wait for your input before I ramble onwards and scare you off..
