Oh, duh! Of course Mom had seen everything, why did she even bother asking. "Do you think Daddy's seen everything too?" Kaio asked with a grin as she followed at her sister's heels, almost falling as she made the sudden turn. "What's it sound like, Lulu? I can't hear anything."

"Nah, mom says dads too busy with flirting." She spoke not really sure what that word meant, but she could pretend she knew what it meant. The sound... now she had to come up with a sound the creature made. "it's like leaves when they move... You know.. .that annoying sound?" She told her sister.
She turned again sharply. "This way, I think it went this way." She spoke. Now going right. This was fun. It was like follow the leader. What were they doing again anyways? She totally forgot. Where they chasing something? Her mind went off sometimes, and a totally new thing filled it. She stopped running. "I think we lost it." She spoke. Not sure if the other would follow her lead or not.

Kaio giggled, "Oh right." She continued running after her sister, nodding as she acknowledged that she knew the sound. The leopardess strained to hear this annoying sound, but couldn't, hearing only the noise of themselves as they raced after the queen of worms. Of course, this didn't stop her from taking another quick turn after her sister. However, as Lulu suddenly stopped, the small feline tripped over her feet and ended on her tush. She frowned, quickly climbing to her feet and looking back to her sister. "Aw man... Well, what do we do now?"

Lulua smiled "don't be upset. There's always another day! She can't run forever!" She said with a excited voice. Now remembering why they had been running. She turned to her sister. "Do not fear, there is plenty of things to do in this place." For one.... finding their way out. She just realized how lost they were. "Like... er... finding home again" She said ears flicked back slightly."

"Uh, home?" Kaio stopped, her ears flattening backwards as she realized that Lulua was right. How would they get home now? "If we yell, maybe Mommy will hear us." She suggested, but then whined as she realized that they'd get in trouble for going into the forest. "What're we gonna do, Lulua?! What if we're stuck out here forever?"

'We won't get stuck!" She said happily "It's just a new adventure!" She spoke. Now to start their search. All they had to do was find a lighter area in the forest and head that way right. She started to look, but everything looked the same. "lets just go this way. "She started to head south. She was pretty sure that's the way they had come. They wouldn't get lost. She'd find the way out.

Kaio frowned in worry and followed after her sister. "How do you know we're supposed to go this way?" She asked carefully, peering around through the dark foliage. "Couldn't we just call for help and hope that Mom or Dad hears us? What if we go the wrong way and get even more lost?" This adventure was not turning to be as fun as she'd intially thought it would be.

"Trust me. I know it's this way." She said. Something told her it was this way. So this must be the way to go. She smiled at her sister. "We don't need to get us in to trouble right? So we can do this with out getting into trouble" She told the other and continued to go the way she started. "Plus, if Mom comes, we'll never be able to do anything ever again!" She told the other. Being grounded would suck.

Well.... "Okay. But if we get more lost we gotta get Mom, okay?" She insisted, hurrying after Lulua. Being ground would suck, but being lost in the jungle forever would be even worse. The leopard cub stuck close to her sister's heels, glancing around for a sign of something familiar.

She didn't say anything at first to that. Lulua' still didn't like the idea of getting her mother's attention. But her sister was right. If they got too lost they'd have to call for help. Though, she'd regret it. She'd try to make sure they wouldn't. "Don't worry.. We won't need mom" She insisted. She wanted to make her sister calm down, then it'd be easier to find a way back. "Just think this as a extended adventure."

Kaio nodded as she followed after her sister. The light blue cub had drifted to a nervous silence however as she worried about how they'd ever be able to find their way home again. Still, she attempted a tiny smile at Lulua's reasurance, keeping close to the other leopardess.

It didn't take long before they found some type of light that indicated that the forest ended. Though, was it the right exit? If it wasn't they'd at least be out of the forest and could find their own way back out in the open. "This way, I see light!" she said happily.

Light? Kaio brightened, peering ahead and laughing in relief as she spotted the light as well. "Yay! That means we won't be stuck in here forever! Come on!" With that, the excited cub scampered towards the light, glancing back to make sure Lulua was following.

Lulua didn't like this. She was the one that was suppose to lead her sister out. With that, she sped up and started to run past her sister. "Well hurry up!" She said as she ran past her sister. She wasn't going to let her sister beat her. Even if she was the slowest one out of all her siblings. That wouldn't stop her from being the first, at least in her mind that was.

Kaiolohia blinked in surprise as Lulua shot past her. But, she was used to this, so even in her anxiousness to get out of the forest, she didn't bother trying to run in front of her sister. It would just be easier to let her go first, no matter that Kaio was the faster of the two.
(We should try to end this soon. ^^)
