His ears flicked to the side and he turned to look over his shoulder at the blue mare. A walk? His wings fluttered a bit from excitement, it sounded nice. They stilled as another thought broke into his clouded mind. That meant he would have to leave the remaining sweets behind. He made a sound something like a whimper as he turned to look at the small pile that Carmine had neglected to bring with her.
He could just eat those first and then they could walk together. He took several prancing steps closer to the pile and turned to invite her to eat with him, then he would go. She was leaving though. She was going to make him chose? How cruel!
He looked back and forth between his love and the sweets almost frantically trying to decide what to do. After several minutes of this he fluttered over to the pile and took firm hold of a piece of bread. He couldn't bring all of it but he would at least be able to bring a bit with him. Satisfied with his decision he flew a wobbly line to Amatsila with a cheerful smile.
She would walk and he would fly with his treat until they got where ever they were going. That was good right?

He had not appeared by her side for quite sometime, worriedly she turned back and saw him flying over with a piece of bread. She gasped knowing this might make it worst, although the feeling was great that she bursted out what she wanted to say, it was just not her and she didnt want to be that open. Her eyes filled with worry while watchign him as they both walked and flew. A smile was added pleasantly though, just so he wouldn't question her why she looked so worry. He was abosutely adorable with the treat, she knew if she took it away he'd most likely start crying. Crying...was that possible for Spinel, at this point anythign seemed possible for him. Ama finally found her courage to speak again now that Carmine was gone, "You are too cute." She smiled and looked foward, half avoiding from walking into a tree. Her heart seem to beat to the same pattern of his wings, that meant it was goign quite fast.
They were alone once again, and Ama still wasnt sure what had just happend. Was that what it felt like to be...free from paranoia? Perhaps. She let her smile disappeared as she looked down and let the path flow past her eyes. Which mesmerized her after a while and her vision blurred. Ama kept looking down and partially hit a bush, that woke her up and she turned to look at Spinel. When she was with him, her life went from this to that, it held no one emotion.

((Length doesn't matter to me. xD))
He did his best to balance the snack on his forelegs while flying. It was a little awkward but he was managing well enough. He dropped and gained height almost randomly like this, however, so he figured it would be better to devour the food quickly. It wasn't going to be a problem.
With a large smile he bowed his head forward to make quick work of the sweet bread. His ears perked as Amatsila's voice reached them. He lifted his head and blinked before staring at her for a moment. He grinned at her, strangely pleased at being called cute for once, before taking firm hold of the bread to float over to her. He stopped right in front of her nose and smiled up at her.
"You're pretty!" He declared cheerfully before leaning forward to press his nose against hers with a giggle. He didn't know why he never expressed himself like this when he hadn't had sugar. It was nice he thought.

Her heart literally skipped a beat when he rose in front of her and pressed himself against her. Halting in her tracks right away. Ama stared right back at him, feeling her face turn rather hott. He was still the sugar Spinel...thats what she'll call him when hes in this state. 'Sugar Spinel' but best keep it toherself seeing that even if he may like it now, when he reached normal again, he'd most likely get annoyed. She remembered 'Suppi', she giggled and smiled at the flutter. Then she nosed him on the side. He smelt very sweet, a clue that maybe he did have too much sugar. Nuzzling him a little, Ama smiled and she felt a glow to her heart. Happiness, and proud? She'll never be able to nuzzle anyone or get that close with anyone but Spinel. He was very cute in this state, and she started to like it then the first time she saw Sugar Spinel. Amatsila decided maybe, with him like this...she best grab the opportunity to learn about him..or maybe was it best to let him remain a mystery? That was one of her favourite traits to Spinel Sun. Then again, she wanted to get t know him so much more. "Thank you," she responded finally, back to the comment. "You have any family?" She asked hoping, this little examination of hers will somehow help her know her crush.
What time of the day was it? The sun seem to have been setting a bit, or seem a bit low for any midday sun, where the star stood above them like a hot ball of fire. So perhaps it was sunset time. They had stayed up all night, not a surprise that they slept 'til now. Her eyes wandered around, waiting patiently for an answer. Her heart becoming a clock with its constant beats. Ama faced him again, with a smile and nuzzled again. Hoping he could keep his mind on her, who knew what he was like inside his head. Ama certainly couldn't keep her attention on anything when she was Sugar Ama. A butterfly dangled and fluttered out of the side and eem to have swirled around them before gently landing on one of her flowers in her hair. This happened often and Ama didnt mind no more, or as she thought she didnt mind. She couldn't tell because...well she was with him. Trying to take a look up at the insect she giggled and shook her head.

He giggled as she nuzzled him finding that her breath tickled a little bit. With a cheerful smile he began to chew on the piece of bread between his legs until it was gone. He frowned and made a sound resembling a whimper to see it gone but was quickly distracted by her voice. "You're welcome!" He chirped cheerfully in response before fluttering up higher in the air only to loop back down while listening to her question.
Family? He paused for a moment to think on this. He couldn't really recall any of his blood relatives which made him frown. He didn't have any family? Was that right? A happy thought entered his sugar filled mind and a large grin plastered itself on his face once again. "I have Luna and Scarlet and Bandit and now Ama!" He proclaimed cheerfully.
It only made sense that they were family. After all it was not defined by blood really even with his loopy mind he knew that a mother and father were not blood related but they still considered each other family. Obviously it was both those blood related and those you stayed closest to based on that. "Who's Ama's family?" He asked still joyful.

Ama felt a bit of pain within her. He did have family, that was what she thought these names were. Blood related family, when really they were not. The depression grew a bit more thinking about her past. Not quite something she would want to think about, but she has grown and became a independent horse that does no depend on anyone. She really hasnt got the chance since she liked to keep to herself. Here comes Spinel, one that she feels she needs him in her life. Her heart lightened up when he mentioned her name. She had the soquilis she befriended somewhat. Tetyawna and her whole line, they accepted her as a member. To Ama however, they were just there, friends more than families. Spinel, now was he a family to her? They definetly have deep feelings but, is that what determines you are family. Ama pushed the thought away and looked up to smile at him. Halting in her tracks and tilted her head. "No I dont have any family, but I o have you Spinel...." she felt a rush of confidence, that this felt like a good time. Course, since Spine lwasn't exactly him self, so he probably wouldn't remmeber this....would he? Ama reached foward and pinned a lick on his tiny cheek. Gentle, his warm and soft cheek left with a kiss.
The turquoise mare smiled with red that rose above her nose. Her heart wanted to say the words, but she just couldn't seem to get them to come out. Ama still was puzzled if this was what....what that deep feeling was. Could it be? Or was this a silly desperate act? The mare stepped in front of Spinel, and looked at him completely, tilting her head in 'awe'. Rather adorable state, and part of her wished that Spinel had shown emotions like this side but at the same time be his original self. A tingle ran down her spine, a rather happen tingle. Amatsila did a sem-circle turn and started her way into the forest path more and more. Perhaps she should bring him to the pond like place they visited last night. That was a neat and peaceful area to be at the moment. As well, it could be their spot. My, wasnt she changing. It was not a day before where she was just another shy mare not ready to come out of herself. Here she is, beaming with confidence. Ama hoped that this wasnt just around Spinel, because she wanted to improve herself, to be more....socialble. Little did she know, it would have an effect on her even when Spinel was not around. The spirits that invisibly floated around them, she could feel their presence, as if they were celebrating the happiness within her. Spirits, they were the only friends to Ama once in her life. They still are. And they'll always be whenever she needed them. Halting in her tracks again, Ama turned back, "Spinel, where would you like to go?"

His laughter bubbled out of him feeling her tongue brush against his face. It was wet, warm, and a bit slimy and it tickled a little bit. He wasn't sure what exactly she was doing, did he have sugar on his coat? It didn't really matter to him right now and even if it did he didn't have much time to consider it as she was right in front of him.
He blinked his rather dazed and delighted sugar changed eyes at her and smiled sweetly. What was she doing there? He tilted his head to the side continuing to grin. After a moment she spoke and he had to think.
Where did he want to go?
His stomach rumbled slightly and within a second he was corkscrewing into the air with cheerful giggles. "I wanna get sugar!" He proclaimed cheerfully before floating back down. Rather then hovering in the air as he had been he landed on Amatsila's back and curled into a tiny ball. "Let's go eat some..." He said sounding rather sleepy all of a sudden. Truth be told, like with all sugar rushes, there came a spike in energy followed by a quick crash. Not having his sugar was starting the crashing part and was making him tired. If he got no more sweets he would sleep and when he awoke he would be normal again and would remember his rather shameful behavior when he awoke. If he got more the cycle would loop again. Either way he would not care in this state.

"Spinel?" She gave a worried expression and looked at her love. He was resting on her back. The warmth he gave off was tingly on her, she smiled but hoped he was only sleepy and not in any trouble. He wanted more sugar? Ama looked up and thought about it. She had no idea where to get such a thing. As she did somewhat love this side of him, she also did like the mysterious one she fell in love with first. The mare looked foward and continued her stroll in the forest. The tree passed by one by one and they seem to wave to her as the wind blew. A bit frightening for the mare to be alone, or as it felt alone since Spinel wasnt exactly concious. Her orbs rolled rom side to side to make sure nothing comes. If something did, she would run. However, the problem that was, Spinel could slip off her back, that is if he doesnt wake. Amatsila paused and thought for a second. No, he would wake up, he was only tired. Another smile rosed to her face, as she turned back to look at him. Water could be heard, crashing into many things, a rushing river. Perhaps a visit to the river. A niece of hers was always there. Then again, he never moved. She giggled and faced the direction. That way at least she would have some other being there who was awake. Plus, she was a bti thirsty. After the sugar and long night.
Her hooves made a muffled click against the earth's surface. The soil can be rather soft but since it hasnt rained for a few days, it had hardened up, specially with the cold season. Rain fell rarely. Her eyes focused on the bright light that shone between trees, she is walking towards the sun. The fire ball had been sliding across the sky with them, by now it was already sunset, her heart thumped quietly. Something she would always hear. Almost forgetting she had Spinel with her, Ama turned back to check on him. Still looking rather comfy. Giggling, she broke through the trees and looked around for Dinyin. The stallion wasnt there. This was new, then again he was getting older by each second. If shes found someone, shes expect he might have too. Just a hunch. The river was always active, Ama often wondered if there were fish. Taking slow and careful steps closer to the river, careful not to drop her love in, she bent slowly and got a small sip. Turning a semi-circle, she faced the tree which stood nearest to the river. By the bottom of it, the grass did not grow, clearly Dinyin did stay here for quite some time. Resting in that very spot, she bent her legs and laid down, however she couldn't lay on her side because Spinel would slip off. His tiny self resting on her, just too cute. Suppie, that was the name Carmine had called him. What a cute name. Ama smiled as her eyes glittered. One day, maybe she can call him that too? Or perhaps Spinel would not like it...it was best to keep it to the minimum. Perhaps one day, she can make up a rather heroic name for her boy.

As the minutes ticked by Spinel slipped deeper and deeper into slumber. The effects of sugar were losing hold of his mind as the moments passed but it did not matter. He was drifting away into the land of dreams where he would stay until the next morning light or until something should startle him out of his rest.
The swaying motion of Amatsila's steps only ensured that the navy blue flutter would stay deep in sleep. In his dreaming mind it felt like he was once again in his tree swaying in the winds and breezes that broke through the forest. It was quite comfortable and when it stopped he was a little confused.
He shifted slightly but did not stir. It was comfortable where he was now even if he was no longer being rocked from side to side. He did not wish to wake himself and ruin the feeling so instead he snuggled a bit closer into her and the warmth and let himself drift deeper once again. Yes. He liked it here. It was nice.
