I think it is all of those lol... its ******** wierd, I dont like it much. What is going on, is that person decapitating someone or something? which person? give me the time at which the confusing shot takes place and i'll see if i can tell you. I think its during like the first 10/20 mins It looked like he was stabbing himself with something.

I think its during like the first 10/20 mins it's God disembowling himself with a straight razor. from the death of god rises Mother Nature, who revives god long enough to impregnate herself (a la the egpytian myth of isis and osiris, and how horus was conceived). she then gives birth to a full grown child, who is Man. then some savage and dark characters come along and torture Man to death. Mother Nature revives Man (think dionysius or jesus this time), and the dark savages return. they rape and beat Nature to death, and then they kill Man as well. they bury them, and flowers grow from their grave, signifying the beginning again of the cycle. if one looks at it as an artistic or even self-indulgent statement, the metaphor that humanity's dark side will kill nature and humanity itself is clear. if one looks at it as meaningless trash, well... it's meaningless trash. if one looks at it as entertainment, one gets very confused because it is not FOR entertainment.
