Three way tie! Which means, I get the tiebreaker vote, which I cast for... Drumroll for dramatic effect...
Roca! Simply because he is the World Heavyweight Champion, and as long as nobody can take it off of him, it still signifys that even though he may not have done much of significance that week, he is still the best in GCW until someone can knock him off!
