His smiled turned into a clever smirk, and he nodded, "Yeah, what if I thought you were pretty right from the start? No...that'd be ridiculous..." He muttered, "After all..I was just teasing." He laughed nervously and stared at the water.

Aranea giggled. "Heehee; I haven't been pretty since I was a teenager." She let the giggling quiet as she stared at teh water with him. "Is the water talking to you?" She leaned down and watched the tiny waves lap against the sand and leave intricate lines as it pulled away. "It's talking to me; it's saying that you like me. I mean LIKE ME like me. And you really mean it." =)

He let out a slight chuckle. "Talking to me...?" He muttered, flicking an ear at the ocean. He looked up at her as she spoke for a moment before his gaze shot rigt down, and he was blushing, actually blushing. "Uh..." He blinked, unsure of what to say, "Well...yeah...I'd say it's right...it's a..smart...ocean." He sighed, cursing at himself in his mind for sounding so stupid.

Aranea giggled harder. "Heehee! Smart ocean..." She lowered her ears and gently bumped her head against his shoulder. "That's real cute." She burrowed underneath Satish's head until she was underneath his, her ears warmed by his neck. "Well, you like me, and I like you, so it IS a smart ocean." ^^
