my bf did 4 1/2 months and we missed our 1st xmas, new years, valentines day, anniversary, snowfall, and whatever the hell else is special and goes on between Dec & April.... man I was up at that jail house visiting him every weekend...had to rive 70 miles round trip every saturday @ 7 am. it sux big time. he violated probation last Halloween. and if he violates again he's lookin at 11/29 in the pen.... stare which pretty much sux... he also did 35 days in the hole for gettin in a fight his 1st night there....Spring Hill cops ******** hate him... and he's gotta live w/ 27 felonies on his record for the rest of his life

so feel blessed you only spent like a couple days if that

Hey Im Still Free... I havent been on gaia a whole lot because i got another job, but thats workin out so yeh. And on the Legal side, I went to my arraignment And it was totally smooth, the judge straight up asked Did you hit her I replied with no your honor, a man who hits a woman is worthless. And she told me that because it was first offence i would be reffered to a Domestic violence counseling program, then she said it is serious as a heart attack to go every meeting because even calling in i will be back in custody within 48 hours no questions asked. I thanked her cause ya know no monitering besides showing up for meeting and s**t, and because the program is 26 weeks and then another few months of unsupervised, And she said if i dont do nothing stupid I will be completely cleared and free after as little as the 26 weeks sometimes quicker. So Iam clear for now which feels good. although its like $30 a meeting, Im just glad i wont be locked away and it will be completely erased after iam done with the program. Small price to pay for freedom.


And to everyone in the guild I totally appreciate your guys support and all that it does mean something to me that some straight up strangers are like "Hey i hope they didnt lock him up" thats what the Fam is all about.
