Okay we'll do the same thing we did yesterday but different. Put weights on your arms and legs then repeat what you did to the log.

Kai kept hitting the fog as his speed and power increases slowly. Kai then began to use special techniques like axe kicks, spinning backflip kicks as well as others.

I said basic strikes. We'll do the fancy stuff later. Now put these weights on. They much heavier than you think.

OK. I put on the weights and they are extremely heavy. I begin to punch and kick in them regardless though. As I strike harder and faster, the weight are beginning to feel lighter and lighter.
