(Fiddles around, as link is initially reluctant to work) Hmmm.... actually can't seem to get at it.... Some sort of access or admin error, judging by the message.

It's an SHQ link - it just doesn't like being hotlinked to. It should be able to be tinkered with, or you should be able to trace it back easily enough.

Oh man..
Have I ever thought this subject out down to a point. I've got a full fledged game thought-out. Though I severely doubt it'll ever be made, it's always nice to imagine them up. I'm not really going to go into detail of the storyline. But it basically revolves around, of course, Sonic. Eggman is finally captured in the early part of the game and is imprisoned. Under cameras and watchful eyes Eggman is forced to create machines for good. However he secretly programs these 'helpful' deviced to move on their own and link to one and another and become his most powerful machine yet; the "Karat Weapon". Despite Sonic & his friends' attempt to retrieve these 'helpful' machines, after getting word from a 'secret source' that they were parts of a weapon, they merge. And soon after merging, Karat breaks Eggman from his prison. Now (middle point of the game) Eggman is not only loose, but he has a the powerful Karat under his control.. or is it?
Characters:
Sonic: The Blue Hedgehog everyone knows. His forte is speed, and his attitude is his drive, and sometimes his downfall. He's the main hero again, no surprises there.
Theme song: Speed Dash: Charges up and let's him zoom at high speeds Homing Attack: A midair attack that locks onto foes Forward Flip-kick: A powerful kick with Sonic's heel, with enough speed to smash rocks.
Tails: The high-flying Fox plays independantly, though he is still Sonic's loyal friend and sidekick, he wants to have his own adventure this time searching for the Karat-parts.
Theme song: Fly: Majorly flexible to fly vertically at high speeds, and glide downward like a feather. Speed Dash: Charges up and let's him zoom at high speeds, slightly slower than Sonic Tail Whip: Spins in a circle, hitting everything around him with his tails.
Knuckles: The Echidna gets word that someone is manipulating the Chaos Emeralds, and against his will, he decides to leave the Master Emerald to track down what this character's intentions are.
Theme Song: Punch: A powerful 3-punch combo Glide: A feathery midair jump which lets you glide Dig: Knuckles can dig in the ground to search for things, but in this game it is a defensive tactic that lets him remain underground for a lengthy amount of time
Amy: Amy stumbles upon one of the few Karat-parts, and has grown quite attached to it. Prehaps Amy's friendship with the part can be of some help when it finally becomes the Karat-Weapon
Theme song: PikoPiko Hammer: A 3-hit combo that doesn't do much damage, but keeps enemies at bay Speed Dash: Charges up her speed and let's her zoom, but nowhere near close to Sonic's PikoPiko Spin: Spins her Hammer for a few seconds, while holding down the button you can move around while spinning
Spike: A large, but gentle Caracal who is on a search for all the emeralds. He claims they are 'his' and that they need to be 'cleansed'. What could his intentions be?
Theme song: Ring Sword: A 3-combo slow attack that is more powerful depending on how many rings you have at the time. Defend: He places his sword in front of himself, shielding him from harm for a lengthy amount of time Sword Smash: A huge explosion of light that does massive damage at the cost of all your rings, the more rings you had the larger the radius
Ajia: A sweet Sphynx that is easily mistaken for a winged cat. Though she is easily persuaded, she is very intelligent and seems to know alot about the Karat-parts and even alot about Eggman. It seems she was previously the romantic interest of Spike, but they must reluctantly work together.
Theme song: Power Glide: Her wings give her amazing swift speed as she hovers above the ground, however she doesn't get much vertical air. Gust: She flaps her wings once to make a mystical wind forward that destroys enemies Tail Whip: Her long tail whips around as she spins, hitting all enemies around her.

Yeah,
That Tails story should not have concluded that way
It was just...wrong and pathetic.
Like a bit of power rangers.
Archie Penciller: "Magic Pencil....MAKE MY MILES PROWER....GROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!" *throws the pencil on the paper and begins drawing Tails supersized*

Chris Kitmyth Yeah, That Tails story should not have concluded that way It was just...wrong and pathetic. Unfortunately, it's typical of Penders' cavalier attitude to the fans that he'd wrap up over ten years of plotline build-up that way. But I've ranted on that elsewhere around here, if anyone'd care to dig it up. Again, I always saw Tails as The Chosen One as a small beacon of hope to show what a little guy can do. For me, ending the story with Tails just facing off against Mogul in his normal form - even if he had another Captain Super Fox-Man moment and threw his cape on, like in issue 56 - would've packed far more of an emotional wallop than just a couple of big guys hitting each other. For me, it just took away any instinct to root for the little guy (because he wasn't one) or the hero (because he wasn't any form of Tails that I recognised or could empathise with).

Anime syndrome. Things now always have to grow bigger and better and develop final ultimate attacks in comics. Granted, it seems to have replaced winning through friendship as a current cliche, but still....
