Well emotionally we're the only ones who can hurt us. But, physically, that's not the case.

Don't worry, but once they waster all their energy, they will leave themselves wide open for a physical assault. mrgreen

But, if they've pummeled you half to death then you're not in prime condition to take advantage of their weakness.

True dat true dat. Although I don't think energy alone will save us from a flying fist. But we weill have defenses none the less.

Then we shall use their own force against them, drain them of their attack. mrgreen plus, if that doesn't work, we just need to reflect it, opposites attract, so similar s repel, so we will use a similar energy and reflect it back at them. mrgreen

Now, using their energy against them, that's a good idea. Aikido uses that technique. Grab their punching arm and pull it the same way it was already going to throw the opponent off balance and throw them to the ground.

My point exactly, and if its unavoidable, we just re-direct it back at them! mrgreen

True, .......though I wonder how some people are faring.....after all.....you still care for them.....even after they are gone....but they don't want to hear from you....kinda makes me wonder......did I make the right decisions.....and if so.......why don't I feel the greatest when met with a challenge.....

You know, the daunting prospects of challenge don't always make people feel good. As a matter of fact, some times, when I'm tired and completely done, and want nothing more than to sleep, I'm faced with a challenge. Trust me, I really don't feel good about it then. But, as long as you persevere through the hardship, whatever the challenge may be, you'll feel great when all is said and done. And I wouldn't worry about whether you have or had not made the right decision. Just worry about making the right decision, you'll know what it is, and everything will work out fine. But brooding over the past will only hurt.

I know......but I just wish not all decisions had to have opportunity costs.... that way things would be better.....and at least more happier....but eeh.... oh well..... true......but things that go unexplained for some time....its just so hard to deal with.....
