Gin Fizz
2 oz gin juice of 1 lemon or lime 2 tbsp sugar carbonated water
In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, sugar and juice. Shake 30 times. Strain into a high ball glass and add carbonated water. Drink immediately.

Gin Rickey
2 oz gin juice of 1 lime 8 oz carbonated water
In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin and lime juice. Stir. Strain into tall glass and add chilled carbonated water.

Hawaiian
2 oz dry gin 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz curacao
Shake well with cracked ice and strain into 4 ounce cocktail glass

Perfect Cocktail
1 1/2 oz gin 1/4 oz French vermouth 1/4 oz Italian vermouth 3 dashes bitters
Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3 ounce cocktail glass.

Clover Club
2 oz gin white of 1 egg juice of 1/2 lemon or lime 1 oz grenadine carbonated water
In a mixing glass with ice, combine gin, egg, grenadine and juice. Shake 25 times. Strain into cocktail glass.

Golden Fizz
2 oz gin juice of 1 lemon or lime yolk of 1 egg 2 tbsp sugar carbonated water
In a shaker with ice, drop egg yolk. Add gin, sugar and juice. Shake 30 times. Strain into a highball glass and add carbonated water. Drink immediately.

Imperial Cocktail
1 1/4 oz gin 1 1/4 oz French vermouth 1/4 tsp maraschino 1 dash bitters cherry ice
Stir well with cracked ice and strain into 3 ounce cocktail glass. Serve with a cherry.

Marguerite Cocktail

Monte Carlo
1 1/2 oz gin 3/4 oz creme de menthe 3/4 oz lemon juice Champagne ice
Shake well with ice, 30 times. Strain into an 8 ounce glass and fill with champagne.

Cucumber Gimlet
2 ounces Hendrick’s Gin 2 barspoons chopped English cucumber freshly squeezed juice of ½ lime In a mixing glass, muddle cucumber and lime juice. Add gin and ice, and shake well. Using a fine kitchen strainer, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with three thin cucumber slices and two cucumber peels.
Note: According to the cocktail’s creator, Sean Bigley, Hendrick’s uses cucumber in their recipe, making it the only gin for this cocktail.

Blue Grotto Cocktail
Ingredients
1 oz melon liquor 2 oz gin 1 oz Blue Curaçao 4 oz spumante, secco or prosecco 1 Orange slice
Chill the spumante well. Put the melon liqour, gin, and Blue Curaçao in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well, then pour into an 8 oz flute. Fill the glass with spumante. Garnish with an orange slice to represent the sun.
