Dirty Banana


1 1/2 oz Tia Maria
1 banana
1/2 - 2 tsp sugar
fill milk or cream
ice


Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into glass and top with splash of Tia Maria or chocolate shavings

Mango Margarita

1/2 cup peeled sliced mango
1 1/4 oz tequila
1/2 oz cointreau
1/4 lime
splash chambord


In blender, squeeze juice of lime. Add mango and blend. Add other ingredients except chambord and blend. Combine with ice then serve topped with a splash of chambord and garnished with a lime wedge or wheel.

Apricot Cooler

1/2 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz carbonated water
2 oz apricot brandy
fill carbonated water or ginger ale
cracked ice
orange or lemon peel spiral


Into 12 ounce glass put powdered sugar and 2 ounces carbonated water. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add apricot brandy. Fill with carbonated water or ginger ale. Insert spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass. (Makes one 12 ounce serving.)

Boston Cooler


2 oz rum
2 oz carbonated water
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
fill cracked ice
fill carbonated water or ginger ale
spiral of orange peel
spiral of lemon peel

In a 12 ounce Tom Collins glass combine powdered sugar and 2 oz carbonated water. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add rum. Top with carbonated water or ginger ale. Insert spiral of orange or lemon (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.

Country Club Cooler

Alabama Cocktail

11/2 oz brandy
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
splash Curacao

Mix ingredients with cracked ice in shaker. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Bermuda Rum Swizzle


2 limes
2 oz Bermuda Falernum or simple sugar
5 oz pineapple juice
5 oz orange juice
6 dashes bitters
8 oz Gosling's Black Seal rum
3/4 oz grenadine
fill crushed ice
swizzle sticks

Add all ingredients to a pitcher 1/3 full of crushed ice and churn vigorously untill a frothing appears. Alternatively mix in a cocktail shaker. Strain in sour glasses. (Makes six servings.)

Brekenridge Mud Slide (this one is yummy!!!)

1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
3 oz chocolate milk
ice
crushed Oreo cookie

Combine in a blender. Serve in tall glass topped with crushed Oreo cookie bits.

Curacao Ariba cocktail


1 1/2 oz rum
3/4 oz Cointreaux
3/4 oz vodka
3/4 oz banana liqueur
2 oz orange juice


Shake all ingredients, mixing well. Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry and float of rum.

Long Beach Iced Tea (not to be confused with Long Island Iced Tea)

1 oz vodka
1 oz light rum
1 oz tequila
1 oz gin
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz cranberry juice


In a highball glass, pour over ice and top off with cranberry juice and a lemon wedge. Stir gently.

Bourbon Slush

2 1/2 cups hot tea
12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups bourbon
1 cup sugar
6 cups water

Let tea cool, then mix all ingredients together and freeze in a plastic container. When ready to serve, scoop into a glass. Garnish with pineapple chunks or a cherry on a toothpick, or mint.

Rum Runner


1/2 oz Bacardi Black Rum
1/4 oz Bacardi 151 rum
3/4 oz creme de bananae
3/4 oz blackberry brandy
1/2 oz grenadine
3/4 oz lime juice


Mix in a blender with ice. Serve in a 12 oz glass.

Rum Eggnog


1 qt prepared dairy eggnog or eggnog batter
12 oz rum

Combine in large mixing bowl. Stir well. Sprinkle with nutmeg. (Yields 15 four-ounce servings.)
