my first movie waz the lion king ^-^ i really luvd it and felt so sad when mufasa died, i used to watch it again and again thinking he would live ;-;
the first in theatres waz pokemon! though ^.^

It seems like my answer is a popular one... THe Lion King was my very first movie XD Saw it in cinema XD I guess thats one of the reasons it my fav disney movie ^_^

The first film I remember seeing in an American theatre is The Lion King, when I first met my older sister, shortly after arrival from Germany.
I'm sure my own mother doesn't remember the first movie I ever saw.
But, I'll be delighted to tell my daughter that her first film was Anna Karenina starring the divine Greta Garbo. She couldn't take her eyes off of the screen. Next is Fiddler on the Roof!
