As fomerly stated above, I would say Kikyo is the lonley person from the show. She doesn't have anyone, except herself.
And, hey, maybe Kagura, too? She doesn't seem to have anyone to rely on...

kohaku. kikyo sometimes goes to villages to look after people, so she has company, but kohaku will always be alone. especially after he get's his memories back. and even at the end of the manga, kohaku still stays alone.

I think it's definitely Kaede, even though no one else probably thinks that. I mean in the manga or the anime do they ever mention Kikyo's and Kaede's parents? If they did I didn't catch it, and when Kikyo died, Kaede was left all alone. Even when Kikyo was alive she didn't seem to care much for Kaede, it was as if she were a burden left on her. Kikyo had to train her and take care of her, she was probably just a nuisance to Kikyo who wanted to be with Inuyasha. I don't think they ever mention Kaede get married or have a boyfriend, she's a miko too right? So she must stay pure, and ALONE.! She's been alone her WHOLE life. I feel really bad for her.

I would have to say Sesshomaru. He has his company but he always ignores them, he has no one that he really associates with or relates to. He's piled up all these vendettas and aspirations of power inside that he's blind to how alone he really is. I'd like to see him find a girl that he actually likes so we can see his soft side. I've never really considered him a villain so it would be nice to see him happy for once.

I would say that Onigumo is the loneliest character from Inuyasha. Because of his fustrations and lust for Kikyo he allowed demons to feed off him.

I'd haev to agree with inuyashaluver631, Kohako is the lonleist. He had his memorys erased, and he can't even remeber his own sister, who lives him so very much!
