Orion moved towards her and chuckles softly. "I seriously doubt that, Miss Mala. No strawberry is sweeter than you. Try a blueberry." He holds out a blueberry for her. "They got an interesting taste... just like I am interesting." He said with a wink and a nervous laugh. "That was a bad joke.. was it?" He asked sheepishly.

Malaika took the blueberry and bit into it, blinking at the very sweet juice. She laughed and nodded. "That was a pretty bad joke, no offense," she agreed as she swallowed the blueberry.

Orion looked at her nervously and watches her eat the blueberry. "It is good, hmm?" He said while moving closer to her. "Jokes are not really my thing.. but I do silly things at times.. like.." He look around the place before finding a river that is nearby. "...hmm.. It may be too cold.." Without another word, he took off towards it and jumps high. "Bonzai!!!!!!!" He dives into the water, only to get a turtle biting his tail. "YOUCH!!! A Turtle caught me by the tail!! Lemme go! Lemme go!! I will hollar!!" He jumped out of the water as he paws at the turtle who only looked at him with rage, biting harder. He yelled out in pain. "... Ouch! Ouch.... I'll be good.. I'll be good!"

Malaika nodded and smiled. "Silly things? Like wha-" she began to ask before Orion ran off into the nearby river. As she heard him begin to scream, she quickly stood up and ran over. She looked down at the turtle who was biting his tail and lightly stroked it on the head. It stared at her for a moment before releasing it's grip. She then picked it up and put it back in the river.

Orion looks up at Malaika with a smile before licking his tail gently. "Thank you, Malaika.. Thank you so much.. That is usually result of what happens when I do something silly.." He said while smiling sheepishly. He watches her before moving slowly to her. "I.. just wanted to make you smile or laugh.. or maybe both."

Malaika laughed and smiled sweetly at Orion. "That's alright, just be a little more careful next time. Promise?" She said as she held her paw up for a pinky swear.

Orion smiled gently then blushed ever so slightly but it was enough for her to see it was there. He then held out his paw, sticking out his pinkie. "I promise you that with all of my pinkies.. even my toes!" He flicks his tail playfully.

Malaika smiled as she wrapped her pinky around his, and pulled down, then back up, before letting go. "Good!" she laughed as she placed her paw back on the ground.

Orion smiled as he looks into her eyes, purring slightly. He laughed as well, finding himself almost blushing when she laughed. He looked around to try to avoid her seeing him blush. "Um.. what do you want to do now?" He said with a shy tone in his voice.

Malaika peered over at him as he glanced, turning her head to join him in searching. She stopped herself from shrugging, and glanced back. "I have nothing particularly in mind. Is there anything you wish to do?"

Orion looks at her with a smile before purring ever so gently. He moves closer to her. "Well.. Since we ate.... and you saved me from the turtle.. What do you say about going to watch the sunset? It is nearly dusk." He asked with a small smile.

Malaika looked up at the sky, marveling at how late it had already become. She then looked back down at him and gave him a smile. "That sounds... like a very pleasent idea."

Orion nuzzled her gently and purrs for her before curling his tail around hers. He began to watch the horizon with her. "It is beautiful.. isn't it? Just like you, Miss Malaika." He nuzzles her shyly.

Malaika politely mover her tail away form Orion's and wrapped it around herself. She glanced at the sky before looking at Orion with a hesitant smile. "Thank you for the thought." She didn't know how to react to the nuzzle, so she sat there still.
