Let's Put a Smile on That Face!

For the most part, yeah xD When I finally get inspiration for something, it all generally comes out, though it takes time for me to actually write it. When I get 'inspired' I don't think of the words, just the theme, so I have to find words to fit it. More often than not, it turns out pretty good, like this. ^___^

And yes, the Joker is inspirational to me. >___> For reasons I'd rather not share yet. You'll soon see xD

Ledger's Joker. The other cartoon Joker and previous movie Joker were a bit... less mature (haven't read the comic before, so I couldn't tell ya). Ledger's Joker wasn't held back by the preferred audience- it was raw, gritty, and realistic (for the most part). He's scheming, sadistic, yet chaotic and gives people the feeling that he doesn't plan anything. At the same time he will do ANYTHING to attain what he wants- even if it means dying, as during the movie, he yells at Batman to hit him with the bike. His only goal is to get rid of hope, get rid of light, and just downright bring the world down.

It's inspirational because my personal OC villain has, until this point, been enigmatic even to me. I had one, but I felt I could never play him right. At first I made him srs, calculating, and whatnot. But it didn't feel right. Then I made him downright goofy and chaotic with no goal. Still didn't feel right.

Then I saw that movie, and I knew- with all my heart- what my embodiment of evil would be. It doesn't help that I can PERFECTLY nail his voice, either. >D And this little tidbit of information will come in handy very soon.

EDIT: I suppose you could say whereas I live on giving others hope, no matter the cost, he would live of taking it away, no matter the cost.

Or, rather, my attempt at it. This is the Keyblade a character in VU will be using, but as you can tell, it needs some serious touching up.

TO ANYONE WILLING TO GIVE IT A SHOT:

~The staff appears to get small as it goes towards the blade. This is due to my lack of skill, not my design.. The staff should be the same size from beginning to end. Yes, this means those white spheres should all be about the same size, too.

~Those white spots are supposed to be Materia. From left to right: Yellow, Purple, Blue, Green, Red, White.

~The hand guard is a blade all it's own: the dark side is the part that isn't sharp (obviously, as that would hurt your hands! D=) and the light side is what is meant to be the sharp part. This goes for the kama/scythe/hook at the end, as well.

~The chain isn't suppose to be just... hovering. Preferably, I'd like it tightly wrapped around the blade. But I'll leave this up to your creative minds.

~ The staff itself is somewhat dull, I suppose you could say. Again, be creative. This Keyblade is supposed to represent ninja/Yuffie. Try not to stray from that theme.

~The Keychain is supposed to be another of Yuffie's shuriken. I simply didn't bother doing the detail. ._.

Besides that, I can't really think of anything else. If you have any questions, just ask. Anyone that wants to try, can. I'd prefer to see a lot of you try than just one. However, please, don't make it a priority. sweatdrop Really, it's not that important. Just one of those things you can do in your spare time.
