Hmm. This is the thing that makes me wish I had a digital camera. sad
The little pictures I had were mostly taken with one-time-use cameras and most of them didn't come out very well. I know my friend's got some though... if I can find them I'll definately post. smile

Mister I just needed to show my latest show, which was a spoof on Hamlet. I'm the guy in black. We decided that modern day teenage Hamlet really needed to be Gothic. I will never again dress like that as too many people came up to me afterwards that looked like that and congratulated me. awe but you looked kinda Sexy Mister cool ninja

This will probably be my final picture for a while, until I figure out what theatre is like in college for non-theatre majors. Pretty obvious what show this is from. I didn't actually die this way, I just thought that I should get a picture of me and the plant to remember it. And right then I had lipstick all over my face to look like blood (we decided not to have the dead faces pop out of flowers and did zombies instead).

I made a thread just like this once... no one responded to it. I don't feel like posting my Wizard of Oz and Cinderella pics (only shows I have pics from) so if it means that much you can all go dig up my thread.
Look! New emoticons! This one fits my current role in Peter Pan. pirate
And this one's just cool. rofl

Thicket Who were you playing? Mushnik? Yep. I was told that my dance for "Mushnik and Son" was the best part of the show. There's nothing like a confidence boost to make you dance twice as crazy.

I have always wanted to play Mushnik. Little Shop of Horrors is my favorite musical. Your plant looks very well done. What's it made of and how many people opperated it?

The 3 small ones were foam rubber while the big one was a (painful) metal frame with painted fabric and foam rubber warts. We rented it (plus a bunch of cool props, like the chair and the body) from a theatre company near LA. As for operators, we only had one. Quick funny story (though not funny while it happened), on the 4th night of production just as the curtain opened, our puppeteer had a very bad allergic reaction to something so he had to be rushed to the emergency room by one of our winos. Luckily, our Mr. Bernstein had been playing with the plant when the director wasn't looking, so he managed to do all of the puppeteering, almost as good as our original guy. We had some major anxeity attacks backstage though.

This is the set for Christmas Schooner. I wasn't in it, but I helped build it, and was the asst. tech director, stage manager, and propsmaster for it.
