Joruri winced slightly as the girl confirmed that she really did think they did not want her. He could see the angel vase and he saw too much of Idhril in her to doubt it.

"It is not that Joruri did not want you...he just...well...Joruri can not breed....and was shocked to see that the goddesses bless Joruri and Idhril." he said softly and smiled at the surprise and held out a hand to help the girl come and sit with them.

He blushed softly and nods, "You are more prefect then Joruri would ever image you would be. You look just like your...your mama..."

The girl broke into a wide smile, and she clapped her hands together excitedly, skittering forward and jumping into Joruri's lap.

"I don't know what all of that means," she smiled, her cheeks still wet from tears even though she was smiling now, "but I think it just means you were really surprised ..."

She snuggled against Joruri's bare chest, her hair falling all over his lap.

Idhril giggled - she couldn't help it.

"So cute," she smiled in amusement, meaning how the girl was already acting with Joruri, and how they looked together. "Now ... I suppose you need a name," she murmured, looking back at the girl again.

Joruri gasped softly as the surprise jumped into his lap. And as she hugged and snuggled his chest he felt his embarrassment with his scared body start to hit him again. He wanted to put a shirt on so that his daughter should at least have the illusion that her father was a pretty prefect doll not scared and ruined.

He blushed more as he saw the beautiful hair spread over his lap. To save himself from other things he reached down and pulled the surprise up into his arms holding her just above the gaint gash across his chest.

"Yes...Joruri was very very surprised." he looked at Idhril "Yes she is very cute...and Idhril should pick a good name..."

Idhril smiled and rested her head on Joruri's shoulder, smiling at him and at their little girl.

Theirs ... what a thought.

"Are you sure you want me to choose her name?" she asked Joruri softly, reaching out to tuck some of the girl's loose hair behind her ears. "What if I choose one that isn't .... suiting to her?"

The girl smiled up at Idhril. "But Mama," she said brightly, "Papa said you should!"

She snuggled into Joruri's arms, making herself quite comfortable, and smiled brightly up at both of her parents.

Joruri smiled and nods lifting thier dear daughter up to offer her to Idhril, "Idhril can never pick a wrong name." he smiled and leaned forward to press his lips to the dark full lips of the elf.

"Little miss and Joruri believe in Idhril...she is a mama...after all." he did not girl names after fall or never really named anything.

He could not believe they had a child. He hoped he was doing what a father would. He really didn't know what to so...he was trying to make her feel better and welcomed...and loved.

Idhril smiled and took the girl in her arms, returning Joruri's kiss as lovingly as he offered it before looking down at the girl she was now holding.

"Sehnin," she murmured, the name coming to her lips without her even thinking about it. "I don't know why ... it just seems to suit her."

She smiled warmly at their daughter. "What do you think?"

The girl giggled and clapped her hands together a single time.

"I think it's pretty!" she beamed. "Just like you and Papa! I like it!"

Joruri smiled warmly, "See Idhril...a prefect name...for o...for our little girl." he said softly and lowered his head to kiss the top of Shinin's head. "Shinin is just as sweet and beautiful as her mother...."

He still could not believe that the goddesses had blessed them with such a gift. It was far too much. He could not believe they had a daughter.

Sitting back a bit Joruri looked over Idhril and the surprise. They were so perfect together. It was clear the Idhril that was inside this girl. They were his two perfect ladies.

Idhril giggled softly and slipped one arm around Joruri's side, leaning against his shoulder as she cradled Sehnin in her free arm.

"Our little girl," she repeated softly, her eyes glowing brightly.

Sehnin grinned right back up at both of her parents, the gold of her eyes shining so brightly that even the indigo of her eyes seemed brighter than normal.

"Is this were we live?" she asked cheerfully, looking around the cave.

Joruri slipped his freshly scarred arm around Idhril's waist then laughed at Shnin's question, "No....well yes for now...Joruri will build us a tree house to live in. This cave has too many....memories....But we will use it as part of the house..." He said softly watching the young surprise as is hand slipped to rest warmly on Idhril's hip.

Idhril smiled warmly, feeling Joruri's arm slipping around her side and coming to rest on her hip. She shifted a bit closer to him, smiling warmly.

"We can all build it together," she added softly. "Joruri ... Papa will not have to do all of the work."

Now that was something she was going to have to get used to ... not only was she a mama, but Joruri was their daughter's papa ...

Sehnin snuggled against Idhril's chest and nodded wisely.

"The trees are up high," she said solemnly, her eyes turning serious. "That's safe ... as long as there are good walls so that we don't fall down."

She paused, tapping one tiny finger thoughtfully against her lower lip.

"Will I have my own bedroom?" she asked, tilting her head curiously as she looked from Idhril to Joruri and back.

Joruri smiled and nods, "Yes if you would like your own room we will give you your own room. And there will be good strong walls to keep us all safe and warm."

He blushed as Idhirl called him papa. He still found it hard to stomach that this was thier child and not just an elf they were babysitting. He glanced at Sehnin's back and shoulders, she had come from a human vase so there would be no wings some how he had though that he would see a bit more of him in her. But Sehnin was more of her mother's child. She didn't even has his eyes...but at least she was their's.

He just prayed that non of Ruran would appear in their little girl.

Idhril smiled warmly at Joruri and squeezed his side lightly to let him know she understood how he felt.

"But before we start building," she added, "we should draw up a design, so that we know what we're doing and what we're going to need. So far ..."

She giggled.

"So far, all we know is that Sehnin needs her own room," she went on, clearing her throat and trying to at least act serious. "What else?"

Sehnin's eyebrows rose eagerly. "A room for Mama and Papa to sleep in!" she said brightly. "That is very important!"

Joruri nods, "Yes we should draw it out. Maybe we should draw it on the floor of the cave, there is loose dirt." He smiled and ruffled Sehnin's hair softly, "Yes...a...a room from mother and father...and one for Sehnin....a kitchen....and bathroom maybe..."

Looking at Idhril he wanted to ask if they should have serrate rooms, after all, though they had made love...it might be more appropriate. So much was happening so fast and though he would not change a thing...he just wanted not to cause more trouble.

Idhril looked a little leery at the suggestion of a bathroom.

"We don't have plumbing here," she reminded Joruri. "Maybe just an outhouse or something down the river somewhere. Cooking will have to be on the ground ... maybe a walled in area? We can't have a fire in a tree ..."

She paused thoughtfully. "But we will need storage space ... lots of it ... for food and supplies and ... whatever we might need ..."

Sehnin smiled warmly at her father, closing her eyes softly as he ruffled her hair. It felt so nice ... she loved being with her parents ... she hoped they weren't surprised anymore, she liked it when they were like this.

"What are we going to build with, Papa?" she asked Joruri, opening her eyes halfway to look at him.

Joruri nods, "I guess you are right Mis...Idhril. A stone cooking room could be made...with stairs leading up to the house...I guess we can just use the woods for a bathroom..."

He nodded and chewed his lip softly then smiled at Sehnin, "Well wood...we can cut down and slice a tree or two. Maybe Idhril's brother can help us..." He knew it would take a week or two. "And until we can get it built we can stay in this cave."
