Maddy sighed as she walked into the part, joining the group of people that were already there. It took forever to get there. She stil felt all alone, she had never talked to anyone but the teacher, or helper.
"Good evenning Lady's and gentlemen. Over the past few weeks we have grown to share our pain and to comuinicate. You learned the reasons why your so lonly. Because you never let anyone get close..And tonights th enight to show me you are past this. Everyone who went to the self help group is here and you may all mingle and dance and just have fun!" The lady threw the fist in the air and left the podieum she to was minglign with people.
Maddy sat down in the cornor, waiting for it to be over, wanting this to end.

Julia sat in the very far back of the room, reading another book. Most people would avoid boring books like this, but she found technical manuals to be absolutely fascinating. So, once again, she had her nose buried in a book instead of mingling with anyone else. She was only here because her father wanted her to come, and so she did. She wasn't lonely, she just wasn't interested in the rest of the world outside of her books.

Jordan sighed as more people came in. He had never been one to talk to people and was here on his step-mother's command. He kept looking over at the girl in the other corner, and she never responded, just kept her face stuck to some stupid book. Pulling out a small cellphone he began to play tetris.

Matthew walked around eyeing most people in the room. He could smell the mythical scent bouring off. The girl with the book, the girl in the cornor and the boy with the cell phone he could sense more but wasn't sure who it was coming from.
Maddy got up from the cornor and went to the door. She sighed and tried her best to go un noticed, an epic fail happining already.
Natash walked over and locked the door pointing for Maddy to go talk. M
Maddy shot her a glare. as Natash wlaked over and took the girl's book and ht eboy's cell phone.

Julia read a few more pages before finding herself thirsty. She stood up and with the book still in front of her face, started to walk towards the table that had the drinks on it. This put her path to where she was going to walk right into the guy playing with his phone unless one or both of them noticed before she got any closer.

Jordan wasn't paying any attention to anyone until the girl was a foot away. "Woah!" He got up and moved out of the way, holding her back so she didn't walk into the chair. "Ummmmm, hi?" His face reddened as he removed his hand , he wasn't used to talking to people. "I'm Jordan."

Kim stood near the door she could feel the monsters in the room from her spot and she was nervous. There were three or more of them already but she would have to get closer to see exactly what they were. She got up the courage and walked over to the drinks table, taking water she bumped elbows with a girl. "I'm sorry." she muttered.
-Elemental!- her mind shouted. Identifying mythical beings was one of the few hunting tactic she was at all good at. And she walked away knowing she could not handle an elemental. She sipped her water and watched the people.
