Just thought I let you know that im an aussie and I went to the austrailain round.
and heres a few obsevations from the weekend:
*A1 cars are bloody loud, this was the first race meeting where I needed to wear earplugs. The support cars where fine without earplugs but as soon as the A1 came out in went the plugs.
*The 300C safteycar sounded angry.
*The opening cermory was kinda stupid.
*It was bloody expenisve, food and drink were at inflated prices, eg a 600ml bottle of coke was $4.

Yes most motorsport events here in aus like to inflate the prices of food. Take the drags for instance, oh and a biggy is the summernats.
Ear plugs huh. Ive only ever had to wear ear plugs for the nitro drags. Even standing next to a sprintcar did nothing to me...maybe im going deaf. xd
