Wow, Manju thought. A girl who really knows what she wants. "Just a minute Tressa," he suggested. "Your mom hasn't met Eirys yet. Let them at least say 'hi' okay? Eirys, meet Tressa's mom and sister. Saki, and Solemn."
Eirys finally smiled for the first time that night. The tension had lightened a little. "Hi, it's nice to meet you both. Is he gonna be okay? Eventually?" he asked Saki. The whole while he stared at Solemn. Man she was cute, he thought. And she had a really pretty smile.

Saki nodded and looked over at Eric with a smile, "He'll be alright in a while, he just wants to protect his children but you four go have fun and please respect our daughers." She said once again and made her way towards the fox. "Hey, do you want to go do something?"
"It's nice to meet you," Her voice was soft and shy as she made her way next to Eirys and stood with her hands folded in front of her. Solemn never remembered being this shy before but she liked the feeling of finding someone cute and to top it off going on a date with the cute boy.

Eric shot a glance over at the two boys that were taking his daughters away. "Sure, why not?" he grumbled in response to Saki's question. He really didn't want to think of what might happen tonight. He didn't want his girls to go.
Tressa made the tiniest of pouts. She wanted to get out of here and away from her father. She was afraid Manju wouldn't like her anymore if he saw how her father acted. She did smile encourigingly at her sister, though.

"Well," said Manju, "I guess it's time we all got going." He wanted to get out of there before Eric decided to go all spastic again.
Eirys just grinned widely even as he blushed, thinking of all the things he'd like to do with Solemn but probably never would, and grabbed Solemn's hand, tugging her along.
As they started on they're way Manju asked, "So, what would you ladies like to do tonight?"

Eric watched them go. He felt a pang in his heart as he watched his two little girls going off with two boys. He wanted to keep them here where he knew they would be safe, but at the same time he didn't want to smother them. "Bye." he called out.
Tressa smiled happily at Maju. "Oh I don't care. . . as long as it won't be anything that'll get me dirty." she said. Her tail swished from side to side as she held onto Manju's arm.

"Bye dad!" Solemn called out as she walked out the door, lacing her fingers in with Eirys then looked over at her sister then back at her date and whispered into his ear, "Thank you for taking me out tonight, it means.... a lot."
Saki looked down at Eric and smiled, grabbing his paws to pull him up from out of his seat. "They will be fine, those two boys seem trust worthy enough, plus our daughters know what they're doing." She said in a soft, gentle tone as she lightly kissed his cheek.

"I must admit it was Manju's idea," Eirys whispered back. Eirys felt the warmth of Solemn's hand all the way through him and that made him blush again. "But I'm really glad he dragged me along. ...You're really pretty, and really nice. I can't believe guys aren't beating on your door to ask to take you out. Even with your dad..."
Not really paying attention to the other two with them, Manju addressed Tressa. "Well, how about either bowling or a movie then?"
OOC: Sorry you guys but this will be my last post in this thread until Saturday the 23rd as I am going on vacation this week and won't have access to a computer. Hope you two have a good week and I'll post when I get back. heart heart heart

"Yeah, you're right. I really shouldn't worry." Eric said as he smiled at Saki's kiss. "I guess they have to grow up and I can't protect them forever."
"A movie sounds nice." Tressa said with a smile. She would not wear those ridiculous bowling shoes, she didn't want to look like a clown. Also, even if she didn't admit it to anyone else, she didn't mind the idea of being with Manju in the dark.

Eirys's words made her blush and brought on a sense of something never felt, what that feeling was she didn't know but Solemn felt it and it felt good. Like a relief from carrying a 50 pound weight and having someone help her. "Lets just say I don't think very highly of myself and I am the shy one in the family." She said with a small smile, "I understand where my dad is coming from though and how he wants both my sister and I to not get hurt." Solemn ended with a sigh and looked back up at Eirys.
"Oh look, now you know how my dad felt." Saki giggled and rested her head on his shoulder. "And now I know how my mom felt, it's weird how we all grow up and change so quickly."

"I never expected to feel this strongly about boys coming to take our daughters away." Eric said with a sigh as she hugged Saki.
Tressa regretfully looked away from Manju and peeked at her sister and Eirys. She saw her sister blushing and giggled. Then she looked back at Mnaju. "So what movie should we go see?" she asked.
