I saw a little of it. Was at work when it started. Though I’m hoping sooner or later it might end up on Youtube or On Demand.

I watched the Opening Ceremony. I didn't like it. That fire could have burn out when going up in the elevation. However, I will give them credit for being creativity.

I missed the opening ceremonies for the most part. u____u I was eventually able to catch the burning of the torch on korean cable. I seriously thought the flame went out a few times-- so did the guy. You could tell because his face was all. o____o;;; "Oshitoshit...."
I've been watching the actual events at random moments. They all come on at different times and channels, its confusing!! o_____o
I watched US-Japan women's volleyball, Korea and (I wanna say Germany...?) equestrian, and US-US fencing.
I also watched part of Korea-Netherlands men's soccer, two minutes of horseback riding, and random clips of swimming whenever I changed the channels.
Did anyone hear about the fatal stabbing of an American in China? o___o It happened a little before the US-JPN women's volleyball game and was totally random

I was at work when it started. I think. And yesterday I was at work and when I walked in the lounge it was women's volleyball, then later on my break it was men's volleyball, and then I walked in on men's swimming, and then someone changed that channel and I watched like a 45 minute long infomercial about some sort of 8-minute cooking pan that made everything shaped like omelets. >>;

Yeah, that stabbing did seem really random. But, I heard the assailant committed suicide afterwards, so good riddance to him. Jatstheking For real? Hey USA can fight with swords! Watching Eliwood work his mojo on FE7 must've paid off! (I don't care for the Olympics, though I did smile at how the US won both the men's and women's soccer games against Japan.)

Did we really? I tried to watch the soccer games but they were just going on TOO LONG without a goal.
I DID lol during Korea's match though. 8D Had some kung fu moments in there, yo.

The opening ceremony was absolutely amazing. Especially the 2,008 drums!! [/band geek/percussionist]
There were a few times when I thought the flame really was out. o.o;; But the giant torch was really interesting, and I loved the painting.
I watched the men's and women's 400 swimming race thingy, and I saw Michael Phelps (sp?) get his gold medal, but that's all I've seen so far. I'm looking forward to the gymnastics and the archery, and I wish I had gotten to see the fencing.

Sometimes I think it's unfair that some countries are outnumbered by the entrees. Shouldn't they limit it? I mean...USA has like 500 people while someplace like Zimbabwe has like..1 or 5. D: What are the chances that ONE person against all the other competitions. XD
I guess your talent would really shine if the odds are small...but still.
