Dunno... a lot of these sorts of festivals/holidays etc are indescreet (sp?) ninja I'm a child and I don't know when international kids' day is gonk (yes, there is actually an international kids day, I just can't remember when it is >.<)

Apparently it's a day to celebrate the learning of languages for all age groups. And it's a European holiday. They have an article on it here: http://www.ecml.at/edl/ (the council of europe home page)
