He was so stubborn. But she shouldn't have been surprised. Didn't she know him better than anyone? It was times like these where it was a real hassle that he had that trait. But in the end, he was right. They did need all the help they could get right now. There were just too many problems right now...too many struggles they were dealing with. If he could watch himself a little more then there was no reason to stop him from helping. It didn't make her feel much better, but she knew she couldn't win this one. She knew it wasn't right for her to win.
"Alright," she agreed reluctantly with a small nod. He had won for now. But after everything was sorted out again, which honestly was a near impossible thought at the rate things were going, they were going to have another serious talk about his retirement. If anyone deserved it he did.

"Good to know." Hifadhi told her, standing up, "I've had enouh of a rest I think. We should get back to work... someone has to keep you on your toes." He stretched out a little and then whispered, "After all... it's like the name says.... Ayita'Guban... we're warriors. We dance until we burn."
He straightened and nodded, glad this conversation was over. Though somehow, he strongly doubted that he had heard the last of it. Ngao could be as stubborn as he was when she wanted to be, "Let's go... Someone has to make sure your dogdes are up to scratch."
