He works for Lord Zoltaru who is in an ongoing war with the Rojoans. Kotur is a skilled warrior but prefers not to get his hands dirty. He is currently on a mission to seek help from some of Romskog's Peacekeepers without letting Romskog or the Rojoans know about it as not to compromise the truce that Romskog has with the Rojoan matriarch

 Name: Kazan Affiliation: House of zoltaru Soul Bound: Spiked Club Power: Internal Rupture Kazan is a gruff character who enjoys the herb of the wandering mind. He spends most of his time in taverns and brothels enjoying harlots and laughing with drunkards. His Soul Bound's power to the internal structure of anything it hits has created some graphic memories for Kazan. Rumor would have it that this is what leads him to shirk his responsibilities as one of Zoltaru's peacekeepers and spend very little time being sober.

 Name: kanara Affiliation: House of zoltaru Soul Bound: Robes Power: wind Kanara is Zoltaru's daughter whom he had out of wedlock. By law she cannot be in the royal family so Zoltaru tried to make it up to her by making her a peacekeeper. her Soul bound's power of wind makes her very useful to her empire. She has travelled to the northern territories with her husband Kutor to try and seek the aid of some of Romskog's peacekeepers to give them an edge against the Rojoan threat.

With his three lupus wraiths summoned by his Soul Bound he easily dispatches his enemies. He prefers to be feared over being revered. He has a superiority complex that could crumble mountains. He is loyal to Zoltaru in the hopes of one day replacing him.

Zoragog is secretly in love with Kanara and resents Kotur for his relationship with her. He is a powerful warrior but his judgement is clouded by his jealousy and his lust for power. Some of the other peacekeepers worry that Zoragog may be planning to assassinate his father, taking the thrown by force.

He has ordered some of his peacekeepers to secretly travel to the north and request the assistance of some of Romskog's peacekeepers without Romskog knowing it as not to jeopardize the northern territories truce with the Rojoans.

He swore revenge on the Rojoan empire and grew up to become a peacekeeper for Chieftain Kazmus Dune. His Soul Bound's power comes from a dimension made entirely of energy. anyone he sends their is turned into pure energy and becomes part of his Soul Bound's power. He can go through the vortex and come out unharmed. Serving as a form of teleportation. He can choose not to convert the vortex's captives into energy and just hold them, or transport them somewhere within his range. He can even repel them out at high velocity. Reginald has served Kazmus dune loyally for five years. He still uses his skills to fight the Rojoans and whatever other threat comes his empire's way.

Shino was a prisoner on death row for abandoning his post during the lycan wars but Kazmus Dune found him to be more useful than that and decided to grant him amnesty as long as he served under him as a peacekeeper for the rest of his life.

The two houses became allies and have aided each other through many battles. Asimov Is one of their best warriors. He wears special goggles that create an aura to protect him from sunlight. He serves Kazmus dutifully and unquestioningly to keep the House of the Crystal skull under his protection and maintain the rights of vampires all over the eastern territories.

He is a free spirit and a noble soul. however when it comes to maintaining order he has been known to bend the rules on occasion. Such as letting a pick pocket go free because he was just trying to support his family, or releasing a murderer who was only avenging his wife, whom his victim raped and murdered. He turns the other cheek more often than his fellow peacekeepers would like. but they do not act on it for he is their lord's son.
