It's 'Rudy Ray Moore'.

Anyway, one of the episodes of Teen Titans has Robin wearing a cape/helmet combo from Battle of the Planets, and Beast Boy has a very big fascination with a moped, a la FLCL.

And of course the new version of the show Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has all kinds of references to it's previous incarnation.
Murakami (sp?) openly admits that he sneaks as many FLCL and BotP references in as possible.

In one episode of Fairly Odd Parents, there was a parody of Captain Planet, Foxy Popeye and other various Golden Age cartoons. There was even a street sign that said "Ub Irkewerks."

A recent episode of Justice League: Unlimited had Wonder Woman changing into her costume with a pirouette, just like was done in the WW live action series from the 70s.
I can't believe they bumped Toonami eps back six months or more.

Stemo
Fosters Home had a Cinderella type parody when Francis couldn't go to some concert.
And Kids Next Door had a Jurassic Park type episode.
You forget all the Matrix refs.

One episode of South Park was all about the newest fad from Japan called Chinpokomon.

Another episode all the kids get weapons and start acting like anime characters.

The boys buy oreintal weapons at a fair and give themselves Japanese names and transform into big muscley anime characters, South Park style. During the fight with Craig and his friends they start playing a Japanese theme song, and they even add broken Japanese. The lyrics are "Hey hey, let's go! Suck my balls! Let's fighting love, let's fighting love!" they even slur the L's.

In an episode of Power Puff Girls, Blossom gets hit by an imaginary friend, and gets knocked into a pile of clothes. She pops up wearing a 'Cartman' outfit and says "I'm fine, seriously," in his accent.

This isn't from any cartoons, but in Hostel they have a clip of a T.V. that's playing Pulp Fiction.

I love that episode. The only adult that shows up ninja-style is Chef, though. That sucked.

In a Powerpuff Girls episode, you see Dexter napping on the floor at Pokey Oaks. (lmao. I was thinking: "That's not even ACCURATE! Dexter isn't in kindergarten!")

During the Simpsons theme, Lisa dresses as Sailor Moon, and Bart as Astro Boy.

During the "action" episode of Excel Saga (along with many other episodes) they make a TON of references to other anime like Doraemon, Cowboy Bebop, etc...

And in FLCL (of course) Naota's father make a reference: "like saying it's Gundam, but really it's just giant robot anime." And to repair her bike, Haruko uses pieces of a Gundam toy.
