She didn't know if there was something to understand in his wink, but Mystique thought she had to react before Jed gets in the Submission. As the referee was knocked out, she took the opportunity to get inside the ring and charge at Amy with a Dropkick before she could roll Jed in the Walls of Jericho.

Amy stabs her thumb in Jed's eye that he winked with. She rolls him over and tries for a Walls of Jericho

Jed was being turned over, when she tried to stab her finger in his eye, he moved and got hit in the eye brow, Jed was about to be turned over, he tried to fight it, only because he saw Mystique!

Mystique was able to kick Amy off Jed. She took the opportunity to go for a Neckbreaker on Amy before the referee sees her.
