((Just a tip, it's ok to write a few lines in your post. If you want to do a springboard move, next time add that you climbed up onto the apron and then bounced off the ropes. It just adds more detail and helps the match flow.))
Flair was too slow in getting out of the way and was leveled by the plancha. Flair's head bounced off the floor mat as Delaney's small body landed on top of him.

Colin, hurt by the move also, rolls in pain then stands up slowing walking towards the rail, and leans on it for support.

((Because it's a hardcore match, only worry about rolling for moves you're going to pin with, finishers and really really big moves, like stuff off of ladders, onto thumbtacks, through tables, etc.))
Flair was driven head-first into the chair, a small cut opening up on his forehead.

Flair turned his head away from Delaney as the blood leaked into his hair, dying it a light shade of red.
