Blackfell twitched slightly, his lips quirking in a grin before stopping when the clerk approached again. Grinning sheepishly, he stood up, stretching his legs out one at a time. "Ehmm... Making faces?" He said lamely, shrugging, though the goofy smile was still there.
"Didja get all the bomb things?"

"Huh. I can see that." The clerk smiled awkwardly, mussing his still-glitter-dusted hair. Brushing off his hands, he nodded at Blackfell. "And yeah, I did. Thanks--uh--sorry about that, by the way. Sometimes this stuff gets a little...out of hand."
"Out of hand?" Anala gave the clerk a look askance. "How's the stuff supposed to get out of hand if it isn't--" She cut herself off, raising her eyebrows at the clerk. "This stuff isn't alive, is it?"

Blackfell rolled his arms around, doing careful windmills while the clerk and Anala spoke. "It seems like they've got a mind of their own, just going by how you had to, uhm, chase them..." He said, trailing off while taking the time to actually look around the joke store now.
Oh lord, he'd be coming here again when he had money. The walls and shelves were covered in goodies, any number of which would be good distractions for Blackfell's questionable ways. He couldn't help the excited grin that rose to his face as he turned back to Anala.

"Well kinda, yeah," the clerk said, nodding at Blackfell and Anala, a sheepish expression spreading across his face. "Not all of them, but there's some. Boss says them having a sense of humor is a good thing, but then, they always listen to him."
"Huh. Maybe they don't like you?" Anala half-joked, glancing around curiously. Alive or not, the merchandise on the shelves seemed interesting--very, very interesting. It looked like there was all kinds of fun she could inflict on Andrae, using something off the shelf. Her brother might not appreciate it much, but... Turning to Blackfell, she grinned. "Wanna go take a look?"

Blackfell nodded hurriedly, the broad grin still on his face. "Heck yes!" He said eagerly, doing a few crow hops further into the store, his eyes taking in everything on the shelves, landing on a large box on an upper shelf. The side of it read "SMOKE BOMBS" in large, red and gray lettering.
"Oooh, now that'd come in handy..." He murmured, reaching up on his tiptoes to carefully pull the box down. "See anything you want, Anala?" Blackfell asked, sifting through the assorted sizes of balls.

Anala skipped off into a different section of the shop, scanning the shelves as she went along. (Really, really weird sounding) trick candies, wet-fuse sparklers, canned snakes, stuffed animals--stuffed animals? Anala paused, tilting her head curiously at the sight of a row of what seemed to be ordinary stuffed animals--cats, mostly, a teddy bear, a few dogs, and a cageful of canaries.
"Not yet, no," Anala called back, one hand reaching for the nearest one, a sleepy looking grey cat. As soon as her fingers made contact, it opened its eyes, stretched its jaws comically wide, and--
CHOMP.
"OW!"
