Serebrate Aku Kami Kurayami What do they all get about them that you enjoy? Every battle is a challange and they have more of a personality than Fire Warrior Number 94. Not only that, but they're pretty powerful too. The Terminators have 2+ save, you have to roll to see if you can see them. Eh, there's a whole bunch of stuff. If you really want me to go into detail I can 'splain in the Daemonhunter's thread.
I probably shouldn't say that though, because I want to play an army no-one else plays, so perhaps I should say daemonhunters are bad.
ALL Terminators have a 2+/5+, buddy. Good thing to know.

I know, but I didn't go into detail. All Grey Knights also have True Grit, Terminators can use the Holocaust Power if they choose, any Grey Knight unit can deep strike, etc. I'm actually painting a unit of Grey Knight terminators now.

So any Grey Knight Marine can deep strike? How much more do they cost than a regular marine?

They are the cost of a base marine +10 pts.
And they can only teleport as a Grey Knight Fast Attack squad.
For a shooty HQ, look at Asdrubael Vect.

Yeah, but he's also a vehicle, which really doesn't count in what I was looking for originally...

Aku Kami Kurayami Yeah, but he's also a vehicle, which really doesn't count in what I was looking for originally... Don't worry, there's always a chance of a glancing blow from a bolter hitting your vehicle and causing it to crash. Now all your (surviving) guys are on foot!

Vect counts as 14-14-14 from shooting. Take THAT!

And when not shooting, 11/11/10.
Enjoy your Scourging at the hand of my Inquisitor. Or better yet, twin-linked Lascannon on my Grey Knight Dreadnought.
PS- Xenos scum.

That whole Daemonhunters, deep strike thing would be nice fluff wise for my new army, if I didn't have to make them all Daemonhunter-esqe. Though I wouldn't like all the extra points too... Nor prolly would they side with my army either...

Though I wouldn't like all the extra points too... Nor prolly would they side with my army either... There's a big difference between Daemonhunters and Grey Knights in the tabletop. While Grey Knights are daemon hunters, not all Daemonhunters are Grey Knight forces. If you use a daemonhost or allied space marines you can't use Grey Knights. You can have an Inquisitor though, but he's labeled a radical.
It's cool fluff wise, but not nice when you have 500 points of terminators and a brother-captain missing their deep strike rolls, or if they happen to land in a particularly poor spot and all die you're pretty much screwed.
If you play Grey Knights, you're always - always - going to be outnumbered. A 1,500 point force that's fairly balanced will probably have you fielding anywhere from 25 to 45 models, Vehicles and all included.

Ouch... Yeah, I'm not too good with that few units. Specially since the closest person to play is my brother with his Necrons.

Only Grey Knights in Power Armour have True Grit if I recall it correctly, or atleast those in power armour are the only ones who can use it. I don't see the fun thing about a shooty HQ, but IG can have shooty HQ's (well not the officer, but the rest of the HQ choice, fitting in anti-tank, anti-infantry, anti-armour etc) but yeah... But if you want a shooty HQ I'd suggest an ork force using a SAG Big Mek, he CAN be shooty, but he will most likely miss too knowing how scatter weapons work now. but buying him an ammo-runt will make him hit most probably. Anways, you will also have many units, who can be shooty too, since shoota boyz have gotten quite dangerous now and the most used units by serious ork players because of their devastating firepower and still awesome combat possibility. Otherwise Tau is your choice, since no other army at the moment have a dead 'ard killy shooty HQ (apart from Orks of course... ;D)
