As the bolt of lightning hit the pieces of the etal disk they melted slightly, returning to that which they were born from, but other than that the effects were highly diminished. The metal seemed highly insulative instead of conductive, stemming from it's chaotic nature and the forces of gravity acting upon it, destabilizing it, but taking away excess electrons so a flow would become less possible. Valesk pulled his Staff from the disk as the two slowly began to return to normal, "I, for one, have had quite enough." The smae purple flash from before ran over his eyes once more as their air before him began to waiver and grow dark.

He smirked, his rapier flinging to his hand before sheathing it, looking him over. "Then enough it is. Perhaps a thank you is in order. Haven't had a challange in a long time." He smirked, wandering around limbo absently, taking a few steps in each direction and then looking back to the other. "So how does one go home, wherever that may be?"

Valesk pointed to a portal that opened in the center of the cage, "That'd be the only way out, if one were able to pass through it. You can try if you want, but I can guarantee it won't work." Indeed it wouldn't, the area just outside the event horizon had an extreme force of gravity concentrated in that location, forcing everything away from it. The force was powerful enough to stop a guass projectile cold. The darkness that was growing in front of his continued, it didn't seem like any dark energy, just as if light was being improperly focused in that area.

"Then, what am I to do here?" He sighed, sitting down, seeming to float in midair, thanks to electricity creating static to keep him in the air. "And, how are you getting out of here?"

Valesk narrowed his eyes at the man, still visible, but darkened through the barrier forming before him, "I wait here for those that are worthy of not only the Chaos, but to survive and start a new beginning." He took a step forward, the gravity barrier coming with him, placing his hand against the gravity barrier of the portal and sticking it through, "I never said anything about me not being able to pass through the barrier guarding the portal."

"Oh c'mon. For the love of God. I got this girl out there, ready to do anything for me. And you're saying I've got to stay away from that and stay in here?" He stared at him blankly, seeming unhappy in a way.

Valesk scoffed, "Dedication is a useless thing. True loyalty is nonexistant. Chaos is all that remains constant, the fact that nothing is constant. If you prove yourself worthy of life, then you may leave, but you must hear my proposal, if not, then you shall be claimed by the sea."

"I'm always open to ideas, lemme hear what you've got." He stood on more static, watching over and looking the other over. "Seems fitting to hear out what you haev to say."

"I have not deemed you worthy. If you can hold your own when I continue the conflict between us, regardless of whether or not you want it to continue, then you may hear it."

He sighed, sitting down and rubbing his forehead, slightly frustrated. "Oh well, then let it be done." He bit his lip, shaking a bit to himself.

He set his staff off to the side, suspended in midair, simply staring at the man, "Why do you simply lay down your arms and surrender your life to me? I must say I admire the chaotic nature of it being rather unexpected, but why?"

"Because, if there is one thing I hate, it's killing. You're suggesting that I either take your beating and keep goign, and do something that most likely involves killing people. I fight for the spirit of it." He sighed, standing and looking at him, wandering about aimlessly.

Valesk blinked, "Who said anything about killing? Chaos is LIFE. Killing only comes when one threatens the foundations of chaos to an extreme." He pulled up a small section of chaos contained within a bubble of gravity, compressing it until it was solid. With a few pinpoints of pressure he tossed the man a small orb of sorts, it was a shrunken representation of his own head. "You read way too much into stuff."

He tossed it back to him, the item making it half way there before shooting back into his hand, smirking. "Just playing the odds, man." He smirked, tossing the item up and down interestedly. "Well, I'm up for it if it doesn't involve killing en-masse or anything as such."

He blinked, "Does killing of germs or plants for cleanliness or consumption count?"
