Xinavane growled low in her throat. She didn't know this lion, but she knew ones like him, "I am also searching for lions I wish to kill. Ones who drove my family out of their home, and hunted us throughout my childhood with the intent to do us harm, or murder, because my father refused to kill my mother..." Yes. Yes, she and this lion had a lot in common. Now wasn't that something?
"It seems that you and I both have something we need to do." Her eyes narrow, "The need to vanquish the evil from this land... and your grandfather does seem like one of those I would like to kill... perhaps not from the same pride... but one who cannot be trusted or liked, none-the-less."

"No, he can't be." Tai glared off into the darkness, wherever Toshiro was. His red eyes soon returned to Xinavane. "Perhaps we could do to help each other out. We may find what we seek together... Though when the time comes, the fight with my grandfather is my own and only."
Vanquish evil... He considered the idea, ears folding back a bit. "That sounds like a long-term plan... After I kill my grandfather... I don't know what I'll do with my life..." He looked at his paws, three of the splattered purple. "I don't know if I can go back to my family."

"I'd imagine it would be." Xinavane agreed, nodding, "Killing your grandfather sounds like something meant for you, and you alone. Your fight not mine... but perhaps I can help you find him." She agreed.
"I never said anything about long term. I'll help you find him... and perhaps I'll find what I need to find too." Xinavane suggested, "Because there are lions I need to kill... and one lion you need to kill. You're only after one... I'm the one whose after the most." Xinavane said quietly, "And I won't stop. Not ever."
