I always thought that after watching the second episode of Liminality, Kaoru, that helped Yuki out of that one building. She had the same voice actor and she said she didn't know anything about The World. She could be just saying that to hide her identity of famous hacker in the game. But I kinda doubt it know..
I still kinda think that Zelkova is Helba too..
