We'll make it indigo, as a compromise.
 With soft light.
 With grain merging.
Come to think of it, I haven't made any gray banners recently.

I like the first one better.
I think grey would probably suit this guild.

Yeah, why didn't we pick gray? I think that's an underused color. Or tone, whatever you want to call it.
 Grain extract.
 Overlay.

Nironia the Lonely Spirit Alright. I think we need a revival here. I know that at the moment a lot of people have started a new school year, and that's fine, so have I. But we really need to come up with some ideas that will keep the guild going. There is so much talent in this guild, more than I can say. Enthusiasm and creativity is a big priority here. All you have to do is take a talent, whether a hobby or even a profession, and transform it into something that can support the guild and spread the word about asexuality. Examples of this are random spam, Rps, manga/anime/webcomics, banner designs, stories, funny pictures, games, etc. There is no end!
Today I was in the library, and I was overhearing a conversation from two very nice girls. Of course they were sexual, since they were talking about magazines and boys. Nothing wrong with that. What disturbed me was that they suddenly were chatting about a 'freaky sex facts' article, where one of the 'facts' was Asexuality. Where a person is not attracted to either sex.
That is disguisting. Freaky sex Asexuality as a freak of nature, rather than apart of it. I can't blame them. I can only blame the close mindedness of the magazine writers and editors, who prey on our small minority to 'freak out' the general sexual populace. It makes us seem like a joke.
First impressions are everything. People get things in their heads, and then it's hard to change their mind about things. In this situation, Asexuality is seen as a joke. Don't you want to stop this from continuing? Don't you think it's sickening? Do something about it. Now. The longer we wait around, the more people will discover Asexuality the wrong way. It's unfair to you, and it's not fair for the rest of the Asexuals out there that don't even know they're Asexual yet.
I'm not saying that it's anyone's fault that the guild is really pathetically slow. I myself have procrastinated. I'm just tired of seeing old threads from months ago up at the top of the thread list. I mean, common people... What happened? Don't you care about your sexual orientation and the people you share that quality with anymore? Creatifity! Life! Bring life to this place!
Thus the end of my passionate, crazed pep talk. Whenever the guild is in dire need, this thread will be used to bring it back to life. Chatting is allowed however, even if the guild is doing well. ^^ Gahhh.... you people and you 9 font... Anyway, freaky sex facts.... I would take that as more of an ADJ for weird facts... But yeah that does kind of piss me off that people see people who don't need or want sex as freaks. However, I do think that it will be a while before people can accept Asexuality as a natural thing. I mean look at homosexuality.... up until very recently that was considered a psychological disorder. My arguement is simple. Think of all the other things I can do when I am not including sex in my life. Of course my view comes from watching my dads side of the family.... their existence revolvs around they dicks..... I see all the time and money they waste on getting sex and I mark down all sorts of thing they could have bought or done.... they don't like that... Asexuality is something we need to get out to the public.... anyone have any connections? For publications that is. I have a personal website but that is about it. Maybe someone who works for a newspaper or magazine.... I don't know we need to get the facts out there.

Indeed, asexuality is something we do need to get the public to recognize. AVEN, by far, is the most publicized in internet articles regarding asexuality. That looks like a good place to start.
On the other hand, emailing editors of online newspapers...or real newspapers is an alternative. Anyone can do it, but it's just that the efforts are made by individuals.
Being a guild on Gaia, I think reaching our Gaian community is the first place to go. We already have taken some steps to education: take the asexuality threads in ED and GD, for example. But in order to reach a larger audience, we should do something different...and as of the moment, I have no ideas as to how to accomplish that. I mean, only so few of the population are actually interested in asexuality, while the rest are indifferent to it.
I use size 10 font. Muahaha.

The best place to start would be in High School, College, and Local papers. stare 10 font eh... well that is better lose the color and I might actually be able to read it.
