.: UGH! I am tired of waiting for people....I guess they'll show up eventually and join in XDD sure, let's START :.

There was darkness everywhere. A girl was asleep soundly on her bed in a beautiful white wedding gown. Her hair was done up neatly and she was peaceful. A dark figure walked into the room, lightly the girl stirred and smiled at the figure. She knew him well.

"Come here...come to me..." The girl whispered lovingly.

Obediently the man walked forward and hugged the girl. She sat in his arms and sighed deeply, she was so much in love with him.

"My darling...I lo-" The girl was cut off, a rope around her neck.

Struggling against the man's grip, she girl thrashed around in her bed, soon she felt the hands of death take her. Slipping further into unconsciousness, the girl tried to speak to the man, to yell at him for betraying her. Her vision blurred and then....silence. Was she dead? Possibly....most likely she was....until she heard her door being kicked down. She heard the scuffle of skin against skin, the hard thump of punches and kicks being thrown...then silence again. Did she die now? Did she really pass away? Then...intense pain. Her skin seared with what seemed like fire. She screamed out loud and then she heard that voice, that voice that she would never forget.

"It'll all be okay my darling...." Her rescuer whispered.

Avalon awoke in a cold sweat. She had that dream again. The same one that she had been having her whole entire life. It was the one where she became a vampire. She remembered that day so clearly...like it was only yesterday.

"I've got to stop staying up so late...." Avalon muttered, wiping her forehead of the sweat that had accumulated there.

Avalon got up and stretched, it was bright morning, somewhere around noon. She pulled her curtains apart and let the sunshine spill in....big mistake. Avalon quickly shut the curtains and ran to the bathroom, that was the last time she did that. Putting on her usual make-up of eyeliner and mascara, Avalon dressed and headed downstairs to the lower lobby of her penthouse. The bellhop greeted her as he usually did and she greeted him with a wide smile and a nod of her head.

"Good morning." She said meekly, pretending to be the shy girl she wasn't.

The streets were already busy with people, walking and talking loudly. She shook her head and with her guitar case in hand, walked down to the closest Starbucks she could find. Avalon sat down, her guitar resting on the top of the table, and fished out her cell phone from her pocket. She entered her friends numbers, her band, Drop of Blood. They were all vampires but no one knew that. She texted Matthew, Kimmi, and Alice to meet her there soon.

~That's the gravity of love...~
"The what now...?"
Being in that odd between-sleep-and-awake state that a Miss California Yannex was, she didn't realise that that was the song she had set to her alarm clock. It had, for the last few minutes, leant more feeling to the ever-present nightmares that lurked on the darkness before dawn. The slow beat, the choir in the background- no wonder she dreamed of purgatory. That was where creatures of the night like her were going to, right?
Cali sat up straight, almost ripping through the bedclothes on her queen-sized bed, eyes staring at the wall across from her, falling on the familar plastered posters of numerous bands. After a moment she relaxed, and batted her alarmclock into the trashcan.
"I so need to change that song..."
The girl growled softly, stretching out her long tanned arms above her head, hands laced together. Picking up a pen from her bedside table, she chucked it at the buttons on her epic-sized stereo system. This being a very practiced motion, it hit the 'play' button dead on and the speakers crackled to life, blasting out Dragonforce at mindnumbing volume power.
California, electrocuted, leaped forth from the confines of her bed onto a rare bare patch of her floor, striking a generic rocker pose, gripping an imaginary guitar by the neck, right arm flailing air-strings. Her wild dark hair exploded out around her head as she head banged, full lips pulled back to bare clenched, lupine fangs.
"On a cold winter morning-!!
In the time before the liiight~"
She howled. Her voice, husky and melodic as it could have been, matched the stereo decibel for decibel. She needed no microphone!
This was probably one of the reasons the Yannexs had no neighbours in a close vicinity. All members of the family started the day like this- no orange juice and fresh made pancakes, no sir! Guitar riffs and pounding bass was breakfast for men.
Though, of course, later she'd grab some food. I mean, c'mon, she was human, after all.
Weee-eell, not really human, but that's just nit-picking.
California grabbed a white wife-beater and tugged it over tattooed shoulders, made strong by actual manual labour (read: rocking out). She paired this with a pair of torn blue jeans made more interesting by what looked like bloodstains at the cuffs, and a bunch of occult-looking symbols drawn all over the place. She went without shoes, choosing only to grab a pair of dogtags and sharp-looking earrings before she turned off her stereo with a flying kick and was out the door. Her electric guitar she snagged from where it was lying on the floor in the den, and she struck a chord right beside the ear of her sleeping brother before bolting outside. She needed some air and after all, having done something like that to her older brother, who was an almost-pro wrestler was pretty suicidal, werewolf or not. California's laughter echoed down the long drive that wound up to her parent's mansion and followed her as she climbed the ivy up over the wall and out into the outside world.
"Freeee-dom~"

Alice woke up to the sound of her cell-phone ringtone. The annoying ringing seemed to be right next to her ear even though it was at a faraway lamp table at a far corner of her her room.
"No." Alice groaned as she pulled her pillow over her head. The ringing seemed to grow louder and louder. Why did i ever get a cell phone? Alice thought to herself. She got up and walk towards the lamptable. She picked up her phone and read the text message she had received from Avalon. Looks like I'm headed to Starbucks. Alice took a peek of the outside trough her bedroom window, and the sun seemed to be at its strongest.
"Bleh." She had a nice view of the city, but her window curtains were always closed. Letting in no sunlight. Alice headed into her bathroom and changed from her pjs to jeans and a black t-shirt. She ironed her magenta-colored hair and put on a light black eyeliner and heavy black eyeshadow. She walked back into her room and put her cellphone into her jean pocket. Though this time, she put it on silent. Alice walked to the entrance hallway of her small, one-room apartment. In the hallway, there were a row of hooks nailed to the wall. Hanging on two of the hooks was her black trench coat and black fedora hat. She put both things on. She put up the collar of her coat, so that it covered most of her face. Alice walked to her living room/dining room. In one of the corners of the room were her cello and guitar. Alice slung the cello over her shoulder and the guitar in her hand. She headed out the door, and locked it. Alice headed to the elevator and went down to the ground floor of her apartment building.
Once on the streets, she headed toward Starbucks. Alice was careful not to let her instruments get damaged by anything, as would anyone else who cared for their instruments. Alice was also careful about not letting the sun touch her skin.
It took a while before finally getting there She spotted her friend Avalon sitting down at one of the tables. She walked toward Avalon's table.
"Hey." Alice said.

Cali's bike tore up the road as it sped along with a throaty purr, the lines on the road flashing past in streaks of pure white and butter. The well-manicured avenue on which her parents lived looked so much different at night, and further different with the eyes and nose of a werewolf. The lupine strands forced to bond with her DNA every full moon brought out scents she would have never thought of; they coloured the air like chlorine smoke. She was quite jealous of the sort of werewolves that could change on command instead of following the beck and call of lunar phases, but what could she do? Her stamina and strength were far more than that of any puny human now, and that was so much better for playing guitar.
She was far happier than the usual teenager; her life was greatly satisfactory, despite her condition, or perhaps because of her condition. Her friends were closer to her as they shared the same burden, and she felt she could stand up to anything. Cali threw her head back, without a helmet of course, and whooped to the azure skies above before gunning the throttle and speeding up past a light turning amber. Her destination was simple: any nearest food vendor. This turned out to be a fast food pancake joint, which was just fine to California's taste. She spun into a seat, chin propped on heel of hand, smirking as the waitress rushed to get her a menu. There was something about people doing things for her in fear that made her smile.

Kimmi Yawned and rolled off of Matthew’s couch at the sound of her phone. She had been staying with Matthew for the past week because he had the nicest couch. It was a three cushion velvet cushy day bed/ couch with no sharp Connors and animal feet legs.
~99 Luftballons, Auf ihrem Weg zum Horizont, Hielt man für Ufos aus dem All, Darum schickte ein General, 'Ne Fliegerstaffel hinterher~ Her phone sang Kimmi flipped open the small out of date phone and read the message. She grinned and quietly got ready to go out. She brushed her pin straight hair and put it into two low pony tails behind her ears, and then she washed her face and applied a little eyeliner, lip color and blush. Then she slipped on her car ear hat, fun jacket, leg warmers and a skirt. Over which she wore a Lolita-esk trench coat. She grabbed her bass and hurried out of the apartment shutting the door quietly behind her. Then without a moment's hesitation, she practically flew down the stairs and into the back ally. Kimmi liked to travel by the ally's because they were normally shaded and not very many people used them. She danced down the ally and after a few minutes reached Starbucks unscathed. She walked to the counter and ordered a vanilla steamed milk then she took out Matthew’s wallet and paid for it. Once she had her beverage in hand she walked skipped to the table that Alice was seated at and kissed her cheek. "Good morning sunshine!" she exclaimed and took a seat, before she sipped on the milk drink. Unlike the others she could still be satisfied by milk and sugar. Her taste was not just for blood.

The engine hummed softly as Gem raced down the dark road. She was headed for Cali and she did not want her friend to be stuck at the pancake joint with a huge bill, again. When she could see the bight florescent lights of the restaurant threw the trees she smiled and slowly turned into the parking lot. She took her key from the ignition and slipped out of the car. She could see her friend through the windows and smirked when she saw how she was treating the wait staff. A bell jingled as the door shut behind her and she slipped into the seat in front of Cali. "What the hell are you doing out this time of night?" she asked faking disappointment. She took the girl's water and fished a piece of ice out with her nails. Then she stuck the clear cube into her mouth and crushed it with her perfect teeth. She then reached across the table and pushed a strand of hair behind her friend’s ear. it was small things like hair and wrinkles that annoyed her the most.

Avalon smiled, looking from Alice to Kimmi. One of them wasn't there...Matt. She'd wait for him before she gave them all the good news.

"Hello, I see you guys got my text bright and early....sort of...." Avalon smiled a wide grin that showed her teeth. "I've got some....really good news but I think I'll wait until Matt gets here to tell you. But I HAVE to tell you....it'll be good." She winked as she took a sip from her coffee. It didn't have any taste at all....she hadn't fed in about a week and really needed to.

Avalon sat there and drummed her fingers on the table, waiting wasn't her strong suit. She kept thinking about her recurring nightmare....it happened every night now for the past two months. It was getting annoying and frankly, it pissed her off.

"So....I had that dream again...you know. The one where my son of a b***h 'husband' tried to kill me and Zach came to my rescue..." Avalon used heavy sarcasm when she spoke of the 'husband' figure. "God I hate that man....I'm so glad he's gone." She shook her head and took another sip of her coffee.

Thinking about Zach made her sad, he was still living out of the country and she missed him a lot. Over the years they lost touch with each other and she had never gotten around to calling him back or e-mailing him...it was a crime.

Kimmi Shot out of her chair, it fell to the ground behind her with a loud clang. "What happened?" she asked leaning on the table in front of Alice. "Forget Matty, I’ll tell him later!" Kimmi practically shouted.
It was times like this when you could really see how energetic Kimmi was. Her face was the picture of excitement. And her head was only inches away from Alice's. "Did you win the lottery?!" She asked and jumped back. "Yes! I'm Rich!" She jumped up and down. "Wooooo! I got it made! All the milk I can drink! My own Penthouse! A CAR!" She threw her fists above her head and cheered.
The woman at the counter shot them a glare as if to say. "Calm her down or get the ******** out!" Kimmi Danced wildly and cheered "Wooo!" Then she glomped Alice. "I always knew you were lucky!" she messed up the girl’s ironed pink hair and kissed her cheek. “I love you!”

Avalon shook her head. She wouldn't feel right if she told them the good news and Matt was missing in action.

"I'll just wait a little while and see if he shows...and if he calls and says he won't be there THEN I'll tell you guys." Avalon smiled and leaned back in her seat. She glaced over at the waitress and smiled, appologizing for Kimmi's outburst of energy.

"I swear Kimmi....I don't know how you are so energetic all the time...I'd die if I had to live like you..." She rubbed her eyes and yawned. "I'm so exhausted...I tried to come up with a new song last night but I ended up tossing it. Matt has some serious work to do..." Avalon laughed, just imagining how Matt would react to the news.

She tapped her foot, not really knowing what else to say at that point...should she tell them? No, it wouldn't be right. Avalon took out her cell again and texted Matt saying that it was urgent and that Kimmi was too hyper to wait.

Please just don't play with me,

Elyon stared at her keyboard and computer monitor with bloody murder in her eyes. "Uagh! Why didn't anyone tell me before that nothing in the English dictionary rhymes with silver!?" Her eyes traced over what she had written after pulling an all-nighter.

"Well...If I change 'Silver' to 'Silver nights', or, 'Silver snow' or something different, I guess it'll work out." With that, Elyon continued typing, stopping, however, when her older sister walked into her room.

"Elyon, you've been up here all night. Go to sleep or you'll get sick." Jun, her older sister, stood at the door, her black hair clipped into 3 straight-up notchs on the back of her head.

"OK, sis. Just let me save..." Elyon flicked the mouse to the top of the screen and saved the lyrics she had down so far. "OK, done." She yawned. "Oh, right. I need to call our guitarist to see how her music is coming along..." She reached for the phone kept in her room, but Jun grabbed her wrist.

"Sleeping comes first, El." With that, Jun pointed at Elyon's bed.

Elyon took the hint, sat on the bed, and set the radio to calming music. She lay back and fell asleep in a matter of seconds.

Jun smiled, then turned and left the room to go make tea.

((Not that I'm lazy I'm just kidna on a tight skedual...Someone please fill me in i read most of it..))

The first thing matthew did evrey morning, he brushed his fangs nicely till they gleamed. He putnon his VSS and then applyied his normal makeup. Eyeliner, eye shadow, and of course hi favirote black lipstick. He looked in the mirror and his makeup was complete. He grabbed his band t-shirt it had Brign me Thoe Horizion written on it and slipped it on over his perfectly messy hair. He put on his lime green convers hightop then his black one. ((Yes two diffrent colors)) He walked out his room door rembering his pants finally. He raced back in and struggled to get them on ove rhis shoes.

he then raced to star bucks and sat down. "Ello ladies."

Alex slammed his hand down on his alarm clock, he had been waiting for ten miniutes for it to go off. His hand above it. Them WACK. He kept hitting it. He ran downstairs. "MOM I NEED A NEW ALARM CLOCK!" His sister was on the phone with her. And with that he was gone outside drum sticks in his back pocket.

Alice had sat down on one of the chairs at Avalon's table. Her hand was propped up onto the table, holding her head up, so it wouldn't fall from the increasing boredom from waiting.

"I'm bored,"Alice said dully. She let out a soft yawn. Her eyes seemed to be so dull in their bright aqua color. Waiting didn't really make Alice happy. When Matt arrived, her face was still dull.

"Took you long enough," Alice said. "I was just about to die of boredom."
